Q: Am I able to use this phone on the straight talk wireless plan?
A: I have one working on StraightTalk and have used both AT&T and Verizon SIM cards from StraightTalk. With Verizon SIM however, you may experience an issue where calls will work and you can send text messages, but you will not receive them. Call StraightTalk support and tell them you need your device set to CDMA-Less on your account. DO NOT explain the issue to them, simply tell them to set it to CDMA-Less. I spent several hours on the phone and days waiting for a ticket to be closed out to finally get the one person that knew what I was asking for. All the others kept trying to go through the troubleshooting flow chart.
Q: Does Sony do a good job of updating their phones? Security updates and OS updates?
A: Yes Sony updates, probably the quickest out of any Android manufacturer in the market place.

Q: Does anybody know how this phone works with T Mobile with the service and does it have band 71.
A: I'm not sure about band 71. However, it works great on T-mobile network. At least in my area it does and I'm in rural Indiana.
Q: does it support dual sim, will this model works in india??
A: The American model does not support duel sim. You have to read the specifications online to see if it supports your service bands.
Q: Will this phone work with a Verizon Prepaid SIM Card ?
A: Yes it should,I’m useing it with T -mobile prepaid
A: The screen is very durable. Gorilla glass 5 is pretty tough and very scratch resistant. It has already survived two fairly nasty drops.
A: I disagree with the previous answer since clicking on the details section below the 2 prices of (Activate now) (Activate Later) which says "Save when you activate your unlocked phone today See DETAILS" after clicking this it gives you the options of Upgrade or Add a new line then select provider. At checkout it gives you the discount and of course requires verification of login from your provider for the activate now price.
