ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who are: (a) legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least eighteen (18) years of age (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older). 4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Central Time ("CT") on June 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on June 21, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the Sweepstakes’ official clock.
5. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: You may enter the Sweepstakes in two ways: (1) if you are a My Best Buy™, My Best Buy Plus™, or a My Best Buy Total™ Member, you can enter through this link https://www.bestbuy.com/HisenseSweeps (“Website”) found on Bestbuy.com. My Best Buy™ members receive one (1) entry and My Best Buy Plus™ and My Best Buy Total™ members receive four (4) entries into the Sweepstakes per day during the Sweepstakes Perioda or (2) if you are not a My Best Buy™, My Best Buy Plus™, or My Best Buy Total™ Memberb, you may enter by sending in a business-size (#10) envelope with your handprinted name, address, email address (REQUIRED) and phone number on a 3x5 notecard to Best Buy® & Hisense World Cup Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559c. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 22, 2026, and received by June 29, 2026. Regardless of entry method, there is a limit of four (4) entries per person per day. For mail-in entries, the postmark date of the envelope containing the 3x5 notecard will be used to apply the entry limit (provided that the envelope is received by June 29, 2026). Violation of entry limit via any means may result in disqualification from Sweepstakes.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS: Potential winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on or about June 30, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified on or about June 30, 2026 using the information provided in the entry. Administrator will require an initial response from the potential Grand Prize winner within twenty-four (24) hours for the Entrant to verbally confirm their eligibility and availability to travel July 17-19, 2026; failure to respond timely may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate (time permitting). Before being declared a winner, potential winners may be required to complete, sign and return within two (2) business days of date on notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a tax acknowledgement and a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively the "Prize Claim Documents"). Failure to respond to the initial notification within two (2) business days after notification, return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period (if applicable) may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received (for Grand Prize, time permitting). If any potential winner is disqualified, found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a prize, or does not provide the requested information in the allotted time, the respective prize may be forfeited. If a prize is forfeited, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries, as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion (for Grand Prize, time permitting).
Administrator will attempt to notify each potential winner as set forth above, but Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any delayed, corrupted or undelivered e-mails, including without limitation e-mails that are not received because of a winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Sweepstakes e-mail, including any winner notification e-mail, to a “spam” or junk folder as well as having an outdated or obsolete email on file with Best Buy®.
In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided on 3x5 notecard and reflected in their account for My Best Buy™/My Best Buy Plus™/My Best Buy Total™ membership . "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL INCOME TAXES INCURRED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS. GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL RECEIVE A 1099 TAX FORM REFLECTING VALUE OF THEIR PRIZE. 8. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"):
Second Prize (Twenty Five [25] Second Prize Winners): Each Second Prize winner will receive one (1) One Hundred ($100) My Best Buy promotional certificate redeemable at Best Buy or BestBuy.com purchase. Promotional certificates have no cash value, and change will not be given for redemption (if value of product/service purchase is less than $100). Certificates may be used only once. Certificate value forfeited upon return of product or service purchased with certificate. Certificates are valid until midnight (CT) on the expiration date specified thereon. Additional limitations and exclusions may apply as set forth on certificate. ARV of each Second Prize: $100.
First Prize (Five [5] First Prize Winners): Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) Hisense - 65" Class UR8 Series RGB MiniLED QLED UHD 4K HDR Smart Google TV. ARV of each First Prize: $2,999.99.
Grand Prize (One [1] Winner): Grand Prize winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for up to two (2) persons (i.e., Grand Prize winner and one [1] guest ["Guest"]), to the bronze final match of the FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ Tournament (to determine third place finisher in the FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ Tournament) scheduled to take place on July 18, 2026 in Miami, FL ("Event"). Grand Prize winner and their guest must be available to travel July 17-19, 2026. If Grand Prize winner cannot do so for any reason, Grand Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind, and an alternate winner may be selected as per Section 6 (time permitting). Trip consists of: roundtrip coach air transportation for up to two (2), from a major commercial airport designated by Sponsor near winner’s residence ("Departure Airport") to airport designated by Sponsor near Miami, FL ("Destination City")**; two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only); up to two (2) tickets to FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ bronze final match (seat selection to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and ground transportation to/from Destination City airport and hotel and to/from hotel and Event ("Trip"). Grand Prize winner will also receive one (1) Hisense - 100" Class UR9 RGB MiniLED Series UHD 4K HDR Smart Google TV. TAX GROSS-UP PAYMENT: Sponsor will also arrange for the Grand Prize winner to receive a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check, which is intended to assist the Grand Prize winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to receipt of the Grand Prize (the "Tax Gross-Up Payment"). The Tax Gross Up Payment will be $4,000.00. The Grand Prize winner’s actual tax liabilities related to the Grand Prize could exceed the Tax Gross-Up Payment. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that the Tax Gross-Up Payment will defray all tax liabilities incurred by Grand Prize winner in accepting the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or other tax obligations related to receipt of Grand Prize. Sponsor will not provide any assistance toward the Grand Prize winner’s tax obligations. ARV of Grand Prize: $18,400.00.
**Air transportation will be replaced with ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within one hundred fifty (150) miles of Miami, FL (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion); and, in such case, Grand Prize Winner will not receive any alternate prize or compensation of any kind .
Grand Prize winner and their Guest must travel together on specified itinerary as set by the Sponsor, including same departure date, destination and return date. The Sponsor is not liable for delays, cancellation or unforeseen events related to the flights. Grand Prize winner and their Guest will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification including a passport or REAL ID. In addition, Grand Prize Winner and Guest must comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of photo identification and a major credit card (and should Winner not have a credit card/payment instrument with sufficient available credit/funds to pay for a hotel stay of two [2] nights (or in such other amount as prescribed by hotel), Grand Prize Winner agrees to sign additional documents and/or take other steps prescribed by Sponsor and/or Administrator, upon request and without compensation of any kind, so as to protect Sponsor and Administrator from incurring any liability for damage to the hotel room/hotel property caused during the hotel stay by Grand Prize Winner and their Guest.) Other hotel fees not expressly mentioned are not included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the Grand Prize Winner/Guest.
If Guest of Grand Prize Winner is a minor, the Grand Prize Winner must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian. Guest (if a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, their parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law) prior to issuance of travel documents. Once a Guest is selected by Grand Prize Winner, Guest cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason. Should Grand Prize winner elect to travel without a Guest (or if Guest fails to timely return signed Release), Grand Prize will be awarded in increments appropriate for a single traveler (that is, the Grand Prize winner himself/herself/themselves) and no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded. The preceding includes the Grand Prize Winner receiving only one (1) ticket to the FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ bronze final match.
Actual final value of Grand Prize may vary depending upon point of departure and fare fluctuations; and, under no circumstances will Grand Prize winner receive the difference between ARV and actual final value of Grand Prize in cash (or in any other form). Grand Prize is non-transferable and cannot be extended beyond the date set forth above. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses related to the Trip not specified herein, including but not limited to: roundtrip transportation between Grand Prize winner’s residence and Airport of Origin, airline baggage fees, meals, tips, taxes, travel (or other) insurance and hotel incidentals. Air transportation tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. The Sponsor, Administrator and their agencies are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of Event or flight cancellation/delay.
Grand Prize winner and their Guest must follow all instructions of the Sponsor as well as the organizer of Event. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize. Should Grand Prize winner and/or Guest fail to adhere to any such instructions or engage in unruly, obnoxious, illegal, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by the Sponsor/FIFA/venue in the sole discretion of any party), the Sponsor reserves the right, without further notice or warning, to terminate the Trip, Event or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send Grand Prize winner and/or their Guest home and/or take other actions as the Sponsor deems appropriate in their sole discretion without any liability or other obligation to Grand Prize winner or their Guest. Grand Prize Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of themselves and/or their Guest.
In the event Grand Prize winner is able to participate in the Trip as scheduled but the Event does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, location changes, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the Grand Prize with no further obligation to the Grand Prize winner. Event is subject to, and Sponsor is not responsible for, changes to production schedule, production exigencies or delays, postponements or cancellation of the Event.
All details of the Grand Prize will be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Grand Prize (or portion thereof; as applicable) with a similar prize (or prize element; as applicable) of comparable or greater value.
Trip components may not be sold, traded, transferred or refunded. Trip is not redeemable for cash. Trip is non-commissionable. Trip is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by the Promotion Entities. Promotion Entities are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence if any component of the Trip, including flights, are delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason; and, in such case, Grand Prize Winner will not be reimbursed and no substitution will be provided except in Sponsor's sole discretion. Grand Prize and its components (including, without limitation, FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ bronze final match tickets [to the extent applicable]) cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, separated, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, substituted, assigned, used for commercial purposes, or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth above, except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, and any unused element of the Grand Prize will be forfeited and no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded.
Grand Prize Winner and Guest ("Attendees") shall be required to register to, and download the official FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ tournament mobile application in order to receive the ticket(s) to the FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ bronze final match. Attendees agree to comply with the FIFA Ticket Terms of Use (FIFATerms of Use") applicable to their ticket(s) to the FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™, including any restrictions on the ticket holder’s ability to resell and transfer such tickets that may apply. The FIFA Terms of Use and any other ticket terms and conditions are available (or will be made available) on FIFA.com/tickets or can be found at https://digitalhub.fifa.com/m/c3856874964e176/original/FIFA-World-Cup-2026-Ticketing-Terms-of-Use.pdf. Please note that the applicable version of the FIFA Terms of Use may vary depending on the location of the relevant FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ match to which a ticket corresponds. Ticket holders are encouraged to check for any updates to the FIFA Terms of Use, and any other ticket terms and conditions regularly. In accordance with the FIFA Terms of Use, FIFA reserves the right to cancel any ticket(s) if FIFA determines that an Attendee has failed to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to tickets. Ticket type and seat location at bronze final match are of Sponsor’s sole determination. Tickets are provided to Grand Prize Winner and their Guest pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to Grand Prize Winner/Guest and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed. Attending the FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ bronze final match constitutes agreement of Grand Prize Winner and Guest (if Guest is a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, the parent/legal guardian of /Guest) to the terms of such license, including (a) recovery (if any) in the event that the FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ bronze final match is not played to completion for any reason; and (b) compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as all other venue health and safety protocols and are expected to respect other guests and staff at the Event. All such terms and conditions will be communicated to the Grand Prize Winner and Guest prior to distribution of ticket to the bronze final match. FIFA (or any of its affiliated companies) may cancel the ticket in the event the Grand Prize Winner/Guest fails to accept such terms and conditions or subsequently breaches such terms and conditions. By using a ticket to attend the bronze final match, each Attendee consents to their person and belongings being searched prior to and/or after entry into the Stadium. The preceding includes but is not limited to Grand Prize Winner and Guest complying with any code of conduct of venue (and the FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ Stadium Code of Conduct [also available on fifa.com/tickets and at https://digitalhub.fifa.com/m/50ebae81c412b7d5/original/FIFA-World-Cup-2026-Stadium-Code-of-Conduct.pdf]), venue policies as to bag check, security screening, prohibited items (e.g., weapons) and restrictions or prohibition on re-entry to venue. In this respect, the rules governing FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ stadium safety, security and conduct, set out in the Stadium Code of Conduct, the FIFA Terms of Use and all other applicable terms and conditions available on fifa.com/tickets are deemed to be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. FIFA and/or venue hosting the FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ bronze final match reserve the right to cancel any ticket to the Event, deny entry to, or remove, any Attendee from the venue if Attendee is determined to be intoxicated, to pose a safety risk to themself or others, to violate any applicable law, venue policy, the Stadium Code of Conduct, or engages in any conduct that brings FIFA and/or venue hosting the FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ bronze final match into disrepute.
Should the FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ bronze final match be cancelled for any reason beyond the control of Sponsor and FIFA (e.g., natural disaster, riot, civil commotion, pandemic/epidemic, act of terrorism), the liability of Sponsor shall be limited to award of the remaining elements of Grand Prize (i.e., 3-day/2-night trip for Winner and Guest to Destination City).
Limit one (1) Prize per person, family or household. Any expenses in conjunction with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as well as any taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Prizes cannot be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash by winners (the preceding excludes those elements of the Grand Prize awarded as cash or check). First Prizes and 4K Hisense TV element of Grand Prize will only be awarded to a street address in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, with installation and other unspecified expenses in conjunction with receipt of same being the winner’s sole responsibility. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. Only the number of each prize set forth in these Official Rules will be available to be awarded. In the event that a technical error or any other mistake, failure or discrepancy causes more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be promoted, available, or claimed, Sponsor will award only the stated number of prizes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.
9. CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering, entrants agree that Sweepstakes Entities, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be released and held harmless by entrants, for any injuries, claims, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or entrant’s failure to comply with the Official Rules. The Released Parties shall not be liable to Winners or any other person for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or materials shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties’ control. The Released Parties are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Except where legally prohibited, Winners grant (and agrees to confirm in writing) permission for the Released Parties to use such Winners' names, photograph, voice, likeness, and/or statements made by, or attributed to the Winners in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, without limitation, on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval or further compensation and in perpetuity.
