The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas [Blu-ray] [1982]

Both sound and visual are significantly upgraded in this blu ray release of a what was once a huge stage hit.

This is a great movie when you want to watch something entertaining and upbeat. There isn't any profanity. It's a great little musical with a theme to it. Don't let the title fool you, it's tastefully done. It appeals to both men and women. The "Chicken Ranch" becomes a target of an upcoming political nomination and the movie covers how some folks living in the small town in Texas where the ranch is located try to save the historical place.

Still a funny upbeat movie. A classic movie from my childhood

My second best movie to 9 to 5. I love Dolly Parton, Burt Reynolds. I love them in this movie together. A lot of laughs, music, and just a great movie to watch. Every time it came on television, I watched it. Now that I have the movie, I don't have to wait that long, I can just take it down and watch it every time I want.

Burt & Dolly were very good together in this movie !!

My wife and I really liked this movie and we were happy when I was able to purchase it, at a good price, from BestBuy and add it to our movie collection.

Dolly does a good job, music was good, fun movie! Bert is classic in this movie

One of my favorites, this has been missing from my library far too long. Used ones online were more expensive than a new one from Best Buys...WOW
