True 2 Comedy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Brothers Grimsby Is A Great Comedy Flick, Sacha Baron Cohen & Mark Strong Are Great Together, It Has Plentiful Amounts Of Laughter Scenes & Delivers On Almost Every Joke, The Only Reason I Am Not Reviewing It As 5 Out Of 5 Stars Is Because Unfortunately It Is A Very Short Movie, Minus The Opening & Ending Credits The Film Is About 75 Minutes, Still A Top 5 Choice For Me As A Comedy Pickup.

A DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY MOVIE!!! DIRTY!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This movie's only function is to serve the civil unrest of demented society. If you're looking to share a couple hours of cinema fun with your mommy and daddy, or some much needed stress relieving alone time with a pervy-eccentric comedy, you would do well to avoid this movie. If, however, you intend on spending some time of militant quality with your nearest and dearest, vagrant hipster friends, then this movie is perfect for you. If you add varied stimulants and junk food to the mix, you'll probably try to lobby Congress to recognize this movie as an official primer for shameless delinquency. So naturally, I would recommend this to my friends, but only in a democratically assembled group. Never should this movie be watched alone or in company of just a single friend, you'll need at least three other for the moral support. It is a dirty, dirty, dirty movie; filled with images and situations that will have you questioning reality and the ambient course of your life. If you want more like this--I know I do--I would also vomit the following movies: 'Borat' (2006), 'Waiting...' (2005), 'The Interview' (2014), 'We're the Millers' (2013), and let us not forget these beloved classics... The Hangover trilogy, Van Wilder, and American Pie series. I would definitely recommend anything by Kevin Smith... including his very dark comedy, 'Tusk' (2014)... and then watch it again with Kevin Smith's commentary. I dare you to watch it... I dare you!!!

Humorous, but not for everyone.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very funny movie that is typical Sacha Baron Cohen - silly, vulgar, and general poor taste. The movie has many hilarious scenes. The funniest scene is too vulgar to even mention... but you will know it when you see it!! If you've liked other movies with Sacha, you will like this movie. However, there is nothing about it that is academy award material.

Very good Cohen comedy!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I laughed a lot during this movie, and that is the sole criteria I measure a comedy by. Did I laugh? Yes! This movie had a lot of funny scenes. It's not his finest work, but it is a very good comedy overall. Good take on the English working class, football hooligans, and spy movies. Definitely worth a watch, lots of fun.

An ambitious exercise in vulgarity.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The film gave us a few chuckles, but ultimately the humor was just too vulgar to enjoy for our personal sensibilities. Unlike similar crass comedies of yesteryear, this one never lets up. Beginning to end, it's one profanely obscene situation or line after another. The film is intelligent in it's own right. It doesn't just shallowly rely on juvenile obscenity. It's smart, but smart with an overridingly vulgar purpose. Profanity isn't a mere vehicle it uses on it's way to a more lofty goal, as was the case with the celebrated TV series Deadwood. The profane IS the goal. There's no underlying subtext to it. So be warned: The humor will no doubt be too offensive to many audiences, but may prove a surprising guilty pleasure to others. And then there are others, like myself, who find themselves somewhere in between.

Sasha Baron Cohen film is worth a look
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There will never be another Borat. I think we all know that. So please don't pop this in with hopes or expectations of that level. You will be disappointed. However, if you can live with a lesser effort loaded with hit or miss moments, you won't regret the time investment. It's as funny as The Dictator.
