It was loud, it ran, and ran, and ran . . . . I used the exact recipe they gave, I made sure it was set correctly. I tried again with it pre-cooled in freezer for 45 minuted . . . not any better. I got clumps of more like a buttery substance, which is what happens when you over beat cream. It was cool, a little thicker but not even cold enough to call anything like a shake. I am returning mine, and will look into a different one.
