  1. Refund Checks will be issued by mail approximately six to eight weeks after April 14. Receiving a Refund Check is contingent upon customer providing a Taxpayer Identification Number. Refund checks expire 180 days from issue date. Referral Rewards will not be received for purchases made prior to the then current promotional period, purchases made using instant rebates, mail-in rebates, purchases made for resale, or purchases made using Reward Certificates or Gift Cards. In addition, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges and restocking fees will not be included in the calculation of spend. Participant is responsible for any applicable sales, use, excise or similar taxes or fees as a result of receiving a Refund Check. Lastly, Referral Rewards will not be received as a result of purchases of Sub-Zero and Wolf branded products, and certain items that are excluded in particular promotions. Other exclusions may apply. Referral Rewards may not be redeemed for prior purchases, purchase of Gift Cards, purchases made for resale, payment on any Pacific Sales credit card, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, and restocking fees.
