When you buy a 60" class or larger TV, we’ll work with you to ensure it fits in your space. If for any reason it doesn’t, we’ll help make it right.*
Qualifying TVs:
TVs eligible for the Best Buy TV Promise must be 60" class or larger.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange your TV for a model that fits:
- You can either box up your TV and bring it back to a Best Buy store for exchange, or we’ll deliver the right size directly to you. Delivery for the newly exchanged TV is free. You can choose this option even if you didn’t choose delivery with your original TV purchase.
- Call 1-888-237-8289 to talk with a representative about what mounting service you prefer. If you did not purchase a mounting service with your original TV, you can either unmount the TV yourself, or you can pay for a mounting service now and we’ll unmount your originally purchased TV plus deliver and mount your new TV.
- If you picked up your original TV in store and live in an area with extra delivery fees, Best Buy will cover the fees.
Pricing:
If TV pricing has changed, you will get the better price — either the current price of the new TV at the time of exchange, or the price of the new TV when you originally purchased.
TV Models:
Exchanges are valid across any TV model, brand, or size, if you initially purchased a TV 60" class or larger.
