A: Best Buy goes in and out of stock with steelbooks. I just bought the game last week for store pickup and it came with the steelbook. Put the game in your cart and if it adds the Free SB also, you'll know they still have copies. This might be their only restock though.
A: No. Only the digital deluxe edition comes with the sword. The avatar however does come with it. Best buy will send a code to you for preordering the game or purchasing it.
