This was purchased for a Father’s Day gift and my Pop loved it!! Ordered an attachment on Amazon so he could use it as a Neti pot as well!! (Electric nasal irrigator) It is absolutely perfect and exactly what we were looking for.
I bought this water flosser and expected it to last a very long time, I knew it would break at some point so I decided to get the 2 year plan along with it. I only had this water flosser for 9 DAYS and the button to stop the water from coming out of it is already broken. I’m very upset because I was expecting it to last longer and I don’t want to get another one if it’s just going to break in less than a month.

I am very sorry to hear this happened!! Running distilled white vinegar and warm water through the unit and handle regularly, as recommended, will prevent the issue by breaking down any buildup that may be accumulating. Here is a link to our cleaning blog that has detailed cleaning instructions.https://www.waterpik.com/oral-health/product-support/articles/how-to-clean-waterpik-water-flosser-vinegar/

In the specifications, it is listed as rechargeable, but it is not. Seems like a good product so far, just not what I was expecting.
My wife is thrilled with how well this product works she had recently gotten braces and this is the only thing that works for her. The wired one is the better one it has better pressure I recommend not getting the wireless one.
After enduring being berated by my dental hygienist every 6 months to either floss more or get a water flosser device, I finally purchased one given the pandemic and uncertainty of when I'd get my teeth cleaned again. Armed with a $10 rebate, this seemed like a great opportunity and a perfect time to make this investment in my health. Works as promised. Not to be gross, but it's amazing what can come out of you mouth after you've thoroughly brushed your teeth. Realize that most damage comes from particles that one can't even see. I also have a permanent retainer and this is so much more easier than trying to thread dental floss between the teeth and the hardware. I've worked up to the higher pressure settings after several weeks at the lower settings. The multiple attachments are very effective and easy to switch out.
This purchase was a replacement for another type of water flosser, I'm glad I purchased it. It is crazy how much stuff sticks below your gum-line - I love knowing that I'm getting as clean as possible each night before going to bed - It also helps on the dental bills - my recent dental visit my hygienist noticed that I had been "flossing" more than usual - I've always been worried about my dental care and this has helped me control as much of dental health as I possibly can.
I had heard about the Waterpik for years, but never tried to use one until my dentist said I should get one. It works great and gets things clean where brushing sometimes misses. Just be careful the first few times you use it or you will get water everywhere except where you want it. There is a bit of a learning curve, but it is worth the trouble.

A:AnswerThe Ultra water flosser is available in several color options. The reservoir is the same size (22 ounces), the only difference is the color of the unit. The WP-100 is in white and the WP-112 comes in black.
A:AnswerThe Waterpik Ultra is compatible with 120v, 60hz only and is not global voltage. When purchased in North America, it is meant for use in North America only. Even with the use of a converter, as a converter will only convert voltage and not the hertz. Do not plug the device into a voltage system that is different than what is stated on the product. Doing so will damage the unit and void our manufacturer's warranty.
A:AnswerSoaking the Jet Tips in distilled white vinegar can help with food debris that may sometimes get lodged in the tip. Here is a link to our cleaning blog. It has detailed cleaning instructions and a short video on how to care for your water flosser.
