WaveBalance lenses are designed to filter harmful blue light while allowing beneficial wavelengths, without affecting on-screen colors. Harmful blue light from screens and devices can cause digital eye strain, poor sleep, blurred vision, and even long-term eye damage. Harmful blue light is also emitted by Fluorescent, LED, and Incandescent lighting sources that can be found at homes or in the office. Not all blue light is harmful, some is required for regulate a healthy circadian rhythm. WaveBalance products feature total harmful blue light and 100% UV protection. Frames are designed with comfort in mind and are lightweight. Lenses have premium anti-reflection coatings and are scratch resistant. Packaging is made from 100% recycled PET plastic.
