Excellent, does great job!
I purchased to track my weight and to link it to my fitbit dashboard. The scale works easily and perfectly. I use it only for actual weight not for body fat. It syncs immediately to my Fitbit app on my iphone. It also syncs to MyFitnessPal. I have been using this for a month with no issues. As soon as someone else stands on the scale that is not my weight, it recognizes that a different person has stepped on the scale (in this case, my kids). Works seamlessly and so far has been terrific.

New generation scale - works well
We like the new scale. The old one would give different readings when stepping on it several times in succession and it's accuracy was suspect. The Withings seems to be accurate (an 8lb free weight read 8.1) and consistent. Setup was pretty simple, but one warning is to update the firmware of the device first before setting it all up since it wipes those settings out. Because it uses home WiFi and bluetooth both, it is reliably connecting and reporting on our phones. The Withings App for phone is okay but could be better. (For some reason, wife's fat % registers and mine does not) The app motivates you by reporting in the form of a graph and it also uses data from the Apple health chip (on iPhone) to keep track of steps per day. Some step readings seem inflated (perhaps it registers when going at slow speed in car?). It talks to MyFitnessPal and other apps but not to Walkmeter - my other app. You need an account on Withings site to see all this and to view via browser. All in all, it is nice to use this next-gen scale and it is easy to use for multiple house users (shows name), once you pass the set-up!
After undertaking a recent lifestyle change and being a gadget geek, I wanted to try out a wireless scale the had the ability to connect with the various fitness apps that I am using to log my progress. The Withings wireless scale fits that bill. It's a bit pricey, however, I looked at it as an investment in my health. I find it to be accurate and easy to use. The best part is that with all of it's syncing ability, logging results is as easy as connecting through bluetooth. If you're looking for a great wireless, I recommend looking into the Withings.
