I purchase HP two in one, 14inches touched screen laptop With a great intel core i3-6gb memory, 500gb hard drive ,HP Natural silver finish. I really loved my new laptop it's also convertible someday I just lay in my bed an uses it like a tablet, very light weight. Also got a nice Epson printer to go with it and a charger cable for my phone. Very satisfied customer

Overall , it's a good laptop for a great price [under $500). It is a 360 so tablet feature is great for use with stylus. A little heavier than I expected and keyboard is not backlit - only negatives. I'm satisfied with the quality. Traveled with it already, and was very portable.

Bought this for personal use. I do a lot of songwriting and music downloads. Has a great speaker sound . No problems after a year of use . Like the touch screen option.

HP is as reliable as ever. Since purchase, my wife and I traveled and camped many states and miles. It's durable, quick, and comfortable.

This device is ideal for students or individuals on business travel. Its light weight and easily portable. Has excellent storage space for basic docs and small media files. The fact its a 2 in 1 lab top/tablet was the reason for purchasing. Originally had a screen/keyboard detachable device but wasn't impressed once using it. Touch screen is an absolute positive, when in lab top mode, makes scrolling much easier. Cons - Personally I'm not a fan of the keyboard size. I'm used to a 17'' laptop or basic desk top keyboard for number pad. External number pad is a must have for working with numbers (touchscreen somewhat helps but would still prefer number pad) Mouse pad is ok, but personally I'd rather use a mouse. An additional USB port wouldn't hurt (has two but a third would be helpful on opposite side as the two are so close together and also close to HDMI port). Definitely not a device for gaming or video's as the picture quality is avg which is really the only real disappointment with this device. Other than personal preferences and saverage picture quality, 5 Stars!

I purchased my first laptop in 2012, it was an HP and an extremely cheap one. The hard drive finally gave out about May 2017. So I had been doing research on laptops, trying to figure out what I wanted. I never expected to get this great computer at this price. I love everything about it. There was a minor glitch at first but I took it right in and they explained Microsoft's newest update was causing it but it would get fixed soon, and it did.. I recommend if you're looking for a great 2-in-1 for such a great price.

This computer is for my HS daughter. It has been great! The size and the weight are small and light but not too small to be functional for working. The touch screen and the flip over keyboard to turn it into what looks like an ipad but larger is a great way to use this computer in various environments. I would reccommend this to anyone. The speed and memory size are a great value for the price.

I inadvertently broke the motherboard and had to buy a new computer ASAP. The young man that helped me really listened. He didn't try to push me into spending more than I wanted. The HP laptop I chose was so easy to use; it was the smoothest transition between manufacturers I;ve ever had.

We purchased this for my 5th grader as many of his textbooks are online as are his assignments. So far, it has worked well. He likes the touch screen and the speed is acceptable as is streaming (youtube videos). We having tried games on the system yet.

I needed a smaller laptop for school and it works perfectly for that. The touchscreen is very useful and works very well. The only downside is the battery life, but 5 hours for every 30 min charge is not bad

i haven't had a new computer in about 7 years and it is an incredible difference, in speed and functionality. I love the 2 in 1 aspect of this computer, it is amazing for and art student like me

We bought this for the husband who struggles with all computers. He does well with this one. The touchscreen is his favorite feature but this is fairly easy for a slow learner! The price is right too.

Pros - Intel i3, 6 GB ram, Touch screen and aluminum design (not plastic) Cons - power button location, yes thats the only issue i have. Grabbing the left side of the computer to move it or re-position, i hit the power button and it goes to sleep. Fast little computer, use it for music, iTunes and spotify, MS Office and Internet. Really happy with the $499 price tag.

Excellent product. I like the lightweight and the functions are great. The touchscreen is very good and the audio is more than adequate. Good laptop for the price.

Easy to use, touchscreen feature makes it even faster to use. Only thing I would’ve liked it on it is if it had buttons on the trackpad. But overall great computer

The HP Touchscreen laptop was a great investment. The cost was under $400 and it serves as a great tool especially with the touchscreen feature.

Bought this laptop to replace a very large laptop with a keyboard on the right. This laptop is perfect for travel, which we do a lot of - easy to pack and carry. Haven't had a lot of time to use my new one however it's a LOT faster, the keyboard and mouse are much easier to use than my old laptop. Love the touch screen and the clarity!
