this remote was the only option that was available for my wife's car. It's kind of spendy but it does the job.

This remote works great. I broke my original remote and decided to purchase a replacement.

Its a good quality replacement remote but its hard to pair it. I had bought one to replace my existing viper remote and I couldn't get the new remote to pair up with my existing remote start system.

Using viper more than five years and I love viper remote start. When I start my car I can see it on the little screen smoke sign from the exhaust muffler. Also I can see on the same screen if any door opens that's really awesome thing. I can start the car from far away distance. I know winter is coming and if anyone looking for a remote start I do recommend viper. I am serious; you will not disappoint by viper remote start.

for the money this is a nice remote start product - would be better if it was 2 way communicating

love my new remote had old one for 9 years and hope to get another 9 years out of this one

Item was sold as new, received item in packaging the you could easily tell had been previously opened. Time inside was used and missing pieces. Returned promptly.

I had to have the old remote attached to the system deleted and buy a new remote because my keys were stolen. the process went smooth and wasn't too expensive

I've had this alarm since 2000, I was surprised I could find a Replacment remote!!

Great item, was able to sync it quickly to my existing alarm.

It’s was old and batteries corroded the inside of product and had to clean it out to make it work.

Was not compatible with my remote starter though I was told it would work

It was a wonderful thing for the first 24 hours. However, when I got up in the morning about to leave for work, I grabbed my keys and pushed the button to do a remote start. It did not work anymore. That sucks, Yes Best Buy said they would fix it for me but I leave far away to come all the way back up here to get soemthing fixed that should of been done right the time..
