A: If a replacement for your PlayStation VR product is unavailable, you will be reimbursed.

A: This Geek Squad Product Replacement Plan has a term length of 24 months.

Q: Does the plan cover accidental damage?

A: This plan will replace your product if it fails for an issue covered under the Geek Squad plan but not by the manufacturer.

Q: What happens if the product fails due to an issue covered by the plan but not by the manufacturer?

A: If your PlayStation VR product fails for an issue covered by the Geek Squad® Product Replacement Plan but not by the manufacturer, you will receive a replacement product if one is available. If a replacement is not available, you will be reimbursed for the purchase.

Q: So i got the geek squad warranty for my oculus quest, and I noticed that its sold out everywhere my question is, does the item have to be in-stock for it to get replaced and if so would guys still be able to replace it with this pandemic going around

A: Hi Jim. Thanks for your great question. The product will most likely come back in stock but was sold out to everyone being at home. If for some reason, something goes wrong with your Oculus Quest, we'd at least give your money back onto a gift card where you can find a suitable replacement. Q: Hello can I buy a geek squad warranty for my oculus quest and the oculus quest has been bought somewhere else besides Best Buy such as amazon or eBay (used) or target or GameStop? Thanks

A: Hi Max. Thanks for your great question. At least at this time, Geek Squad Protection can only be purchased on products bought through us. Keep in mind, we do price match Amazon, Target and Gamestop in most cases. As long as it's a verified seller in our list, you can get the same price through us and then add the protection on. Q: I bought the 2 year protection for my Oculus Quest about one year ago. Now the new Oculus Quest is coming out. Can I exchange my original Quest for a new one?
