The Best Buy Customer Service personnel were excellent. However, I was told that I would receive a $50 gift card if I signed up for a Best Buy Plus Membership. They didn't give me this certificate and I thought he told me I would have a $50 credit on my Best Buy Plus account when I signed in to - to use between Nov 18th and Dec 12th. I don't see the gift card under my account, and after spending 30 minutes on the toll free customer support line they told me to visit my local Best Buy Store. They didn't know anything about the gift card. They would not give me the direct number to call my local store. Now I have to drive 45 miles to inquire on my gift card that should have already been issued. Also by this delay I am losing out on some post black friday deals.
