OK, so they use an outside service. The service I had set up they didn’t show up that day because he called out on a family emergency. I understand it took me three weeks to get this appointment. It was gonna take another month to get somebody out there. In the end, Best Buy did right by me and exchanged it. But I did get a lot of runaround before they did it.

REPLACEMENT PLANS AND PROTECTION PLANS ARE GREAT NO WORRIES ABOUT YOUR ITEMS GETTING BROKEN

Its nice for peace of mind. Havent had to use it but im glad its here

You could always find namebrand items at low cost @ bestbuy …..

I got tired of buying off brands that would break after a month. A plus is that they vibrate when you get a call.

Warranty was very fairly priced i had purchased with an amplifer but returned it cause it turned out to be only a fuse that blew

Hope I never get to use it but so far it's a waste of money but in a good way

once again geek squaf has proven to be the best in the warranty department

The agents mounted my tv to the wall and connected it to all of my devices.

Everything was simply marvelous no complaints me and my family are very please
