I love Jillian Michaels - I've used her other DVDs before, but this one is tailored to getting results. Hopefully after a month I'll start to see results, but this is definitely a go to if you want results quick! I love that she has levels, for either the beginner or advanced version of the poses/workouts, so you can tailor it to your needs!

I used to do this workout several years ago when a friend had the disc. I finally purchased myself and glad I did. It's still a good workout. My only complaint is that you can't fast forward through all of the speaking Jillian does at the beginning before you can pick your workout. It won't let you jump right to the menu either. Seems silly. I don't want to sit through her talking every time. Once you've listened to her once you don't need to again.

I am simply lazy when it comes to exercise and have never been consistent with anything. It took me a few times to get thru the entire workout. Now, the minutes go by so quick and I have lost inches and down 2 sizes! This really works!

This DVD is a very good starting point for those who are just getting started down the path to fitness. Sure, it's hard at first - especially if you've been an inactive couch potato for a long time. But the instruction leads you through a sensible and effective routine that builds as you get more accustomed to actual exercise. For those just entering the exercise arena, I'd highly recommend this for a starter.

Jillian Michaels: 30 Day Shred is a great exercise program for people of all fitness levels. Its not one of those exercise videos where the instructor is going so fast that only the people that have the routine memorized can do it. Jillian provides challenging activities for those that are in better shape and lighter activity for those just beginning an exercise regimen. Great video.

This is my first workout video I’ve ever tried and it’s been great! There are three levels so it’s good for anyone beginner to advanced. I have started on level 1 and it’s a solid workout! You have to be dedicated but it’s worth it especially for the price!

On the whole, I like the DVD. It was fairly priced, and I do feel like I get a workout. I don't really know about being "shredded" within 30 days, but maybe I'm doing some of the moves wrong. But it can still be challenging if you're relatively new to workouts like this or have been out of practice for a while. I do think it would've been nice to have a counter to tick down the 30 sec and 1 minute portions - sometimes, it's hard to be believe the one minute is really truly just one minute long.

Exactly what I was expecting - provides a great workout! Sometimes you buy a fitness DVD then get it home and it's not what you wanted or the description on the box was misleading. This delivers everything as promised and I've been using it several times a week for my workouts ... better yet, it was on clearance, so I got it for a song!

Got the Misfit Shine fitness monitor after a friend of mine raved about it. I love that it monitors your sleep as well as activity. It is very basic, but there are options for you to link with other apps for nutrition, etc. The price was right and didn't break my finance budget.

I'm in pretty good shape and this video kicked my butt! I've only done it a few times and the goal is to use it for extended periods of time but it's been working for a good "can't make it to see the personal trainer today" type of work out.

Cheap effective workout. Great because we all need time and this workout is only 20 mins a day and super hard but during last week you'll feel great accomplished and start to notice toning. Hang in there takes awhile but so worth it

This video really surprised me. I thought it was going to be a piece of cake, but it was harder than I expected. It's nice that there are multiple levels that you can work up to. Great workouts.

If what you're looking for is something to get your sweat goin', this is it! I was soaked afterwards. Jillian Michaels talks too much at times which can be a li'l annoying hence the 4 stars. Overall, a great product. have actually bought 3 more for friends and family to add to their exercise regimen.

Tough, yet focused workouts. Jillian really is good at making a short effective workout. I like that she has a less advanced way of doing things as well as more complex throughout the work outs.

Jillian's workouts are HARD and you're done in less than 30 minutes. I'm a runner and a cyclist but now all I want to do is Jillian workouts. And I haven't even made it to level 3 yet!

I bought the Shred about 2 weeks ago. I was a bit skeptical about it, but honestly I have already noticed results. You only need to put aside 20 minutes a day fr this work out. So far so good.

My wife bought this DVD and she seems to like it. I was skeptical how much of a workout could be achieved by following a DVD but after using it a few times she says it is intense.

Love Jillian! She has many different videos & you can choose to work all muscle groups, trouble zones, or target specific areas. 20 minutes to 45 per night 6 days a week.

Three different levels of workout, 20 minutes each one, that will make you sweat. I am a beginner and I am using level 1, I feel very motivated and confident that I will shred many pounds away by the end of the 30 days.
