GEEK (aka) TOTALTECH are a life saver; we have used them over the years, and at this point I could NOT enjoy some of the basic AI that others take for advantage of. I am NOT tech savvy and they have been AWESOME in getting me back on track with some of the basic stuff; even setting up the internet, putting up our TV sets or cleaning up our conputer, and diagnosing many of my tech screw-upsssss. The price for the annual. service ( HELP, HELP) is well worth it to me!! Thank you!!!!!

I bought this printer because i own a small business and wanted to make stickers as well as print things out for mu children. I'm very impressed with the quality but really impressed with how long the ink lasts. Ive printed at least 200+ items and will have half the ink left. The only issue I've had is a few times the page printed messed up but it's only been 2 it 3 times and it fixes itself. If you want a great quality printer with long lasting ink, this is it!

I purchased this warranty on a Logitech 2.1 audio system, it's my 2nd purchase. My 1st was years ago and the volume control started making a popping noise as is the 2nd one I purchased. Thankfully my warranty is still in effect and will be contacting geek squad to resolve the issue. Good thing I purchased the warranty or I'd be out of luck on any repair or replacement.

Worked with Geek Squad on the phone to fix a printer problem, two technicians later I took the printer into the store at Lake Geneva. The Squad there took care of me and took my old printer and swapped it for a new one! Very nice of them to fit me in and take care of me!

GEEK is definitely helping me with a comprehensive coverage plan where the OEM is missed covering under exceptions. Moreover, Geek is easy to approach than the OEM.

I buy Geek squad protection for all my expensive devices. They recently traveled 1 + 1/2 to my remote ran to fix my very large wall TV. Yeah...it costs you extra but repairs cost you lots more.

Highly recommend adding protection to your purchases. Provides peace of mind. Good rule of thumb is if a protection plan is over 20% of the items value, it’s not worth it, anything under would be for peace of mind.

The HP printer was a black Friday special. Easy to follow instructions directly from your cell. Printing is easy from your phone or laptop. Can't set up scan and send feature. Overall a nice printer. Ink is good quality.

This sublimation printer is awesome. Easy set up & no more clogs, the printer cleans itself. The colors come out vividly.

Everything worked great till after about two weeks and black lines started printing in the middle of all my print jobs. I tried all the recommended fixes and it’s still printed the black lines. Exchange it for a new one here’s hoping it works better and longer.

This HP printer I purchase is easiest printer I have ever used it tells me when my ink is low

So first off, the print quality is fantastic - WHEN it prints. Immediately out of the box I got an “ADF Jam” error before I even put paper in it. Thinking it was a fluke, I ignored it. However, this error has been consistently getting worse to the point that this machine is just sitting unusable. VERY frustrating and unfortunately I waited just past the year mark without realizing it. Thankfully I did get geek squad protection, but was informed theres a $99 charge for that as well, which is just incredibly frustrating. Needless to say, learn from my mistake. Purchase any printer but this one!!! Too much money for it to fail so quickly. Absolute trash HP.
