The Asado Insert Sleeve/Jacket is used for a built-in installation of the Asado Grill or Power Burner when the material of the outdoor kitchen is flammable. The jacket insulates the outdoor island from heat.

The flat top grill offers a matching 300 square inch cooking surface, a flame indicator and easy lift cooking surface. Both sides of the grils offer a thermocouple controlled burner to automatically shut the gas off if the burner is not ignited. On the gas side, it boasts two high-performance Coyote I-Burners for consistent heat, interior lighting for nighttime grilling, a spacious cooking area exceeding 600 square inches, and a powerful 30,000 BTU output.
