This is my second time to purchase this brand. Because I used to buy a kid style for my daughter. When she goes to the park nearby, I have to walk with her. First I need to thumb up for its assemble-friendly. All you need to do are Six screws. Nothing else. Besides, Double click the power could give you a sense of acceleration and beyond your expected.I love these robust inflatable tires-that means stable and comfortable. And I live in a hillside house and the sensible brake system feels safe for my riding. The last point is a detai-the lengthy power cord is almost two 7feets That is really convenient for recharging. I hope its durability and mileage will resist the future test.Generally, I think its overall performance is good.

This is solid scooter with decent speed (20mph) and very nice range (40mi). I really enjoy the sturdiness on the build. It is a heavy scooter that is for older kid or adult. I did damage one of the turning lights and reached out to service. They sent me replacement part in mail and was able to replace it with ease. I wish company would provide slightly better support by having instructional videos on how to disassemble the scooter in case you need to repair it. I had to find it on YouTube and took time to find a video matching the model. Also I would love the store where you can buy individual parts rather than reaching out to customer support for things like parts and accessories to replace worn out or damaged parts. Overall scooter is solid, well made, and very fast and reliable. There is an app so you can lock down the scooter for loss prevention so it does not start without app reactivation.

I’m actually so annoyed with this scooter. They claim 40 miles of range but I barely got 16 miles today before it started slowing down, and I’m not even a heavy guy. It’s also a total beast to carry. 58 lbs sounds okay on paper but try hauling it up a flight of stairs—it's a nightmare. The worst part is the customer support. When I told them about the battery, they basically sent me a homework assignment of "tests" and "checks" to do myself. I didn't pay $600 to be their unpaid mechanic. I’m honestly just going to return it and get my money back. Definitely not worth the hassle.

Good scooter it rides well and I’ve had it for a week and it’s good to use
