A: You should get an email and it should let you know when. I never use instant ink so i wouldn't know how if you login to hp website your account, it should tell you an option how to cancel instant ink.

Q: Does this come with my hp printer automatic when I buy it and if it does how does it come, through the mail(usps)? And do I have to pay any tax on it?

A: Once you you set this up, it'll ask you, its good for 6 months then you pay monthly after it expires.
