Didn’t have to do anything. Printer knew when I was getting low on ink and within a few day there was new cartridges at my door.

Having an Ink Replacement Plan is absolutely amazing. I never have to worry about running out of ink again. Truly remarkable. Thanks HP and Best buy.

In the two months I’ve owned this printer, it has been very reliable and easy to use. The best part was the excellent price from Best Buy. Minor drawbacks are the cheap body material and the fairly loud noise when it starts printing, which can make it seem broken. However, it has always printed properly without any issues.

Pretty decent printer but initially was having on and off Internet connection issues. Couple restarts and updates later, and it's been holding a better connection, still the same issue but less frequent. Otherwise it's slim profile and quick printing is good.

Recently bought the HP printer and was able to put in cartridges easily. I printed out and tested it and all came out beautifully. I'm waiting on tax season to start to utilize all the equipment bought to launch my LLC.

Love having instant ink. Have used it for years and got 6 months free with last new printer. You never run out and they always send new ink based on your usage so no worries.

Great little printer for the money. It does what a big Deskjet printer can do in half the size and cost. Would highly recommend this printer.

I've used insta ink for many many years and I'm glad I chose to go with it when it first came out and I will continue to go with it because I don't ever have to worry about going out trying to find ink when I needed cuz one thing I do not have to worry about.

It was a pain trying to get the instant ink. Never did get the 7th month, but finally was able to get 6. It shouldn't be so hard.

The instant ink program is working well for me. Now, I don’t have to worry about running out of the ink. I have installed and used the instant ink to print out the great quality of pictures from my iPhone

This is a great value but not for me. I prefer to buy my own ink when I need it because I print out so much each day. This doesn't do me any good but might be great for someone who doesn't print out as much.

I LOVE HP instant ink! As a homeschool mom I do alot of printing but i love not having to worry about ordering ink on time
