How to categorize 7 Days to Die. RPG with suprises. Super realistic game. You must use everything to survive. You have to eat, sleep, find food, forge weapons and clothes and deal with the elements, rain, snow and both hot n cold to survive. Great game not for the casual gamer.

This deserves 5 stars! Yes itsir old, it has bugs. But honestly I haven't played a game without issues. This game is fun and you can do so many things! I mean come on, where else can you build your survival Hut on the side of a cliff, dig massive mines with an ice auger, use a chainsaw to kill zombies ( and trees lol) and use Split screen! Really, no game has Split screen anymore! Love it! Yes I would recommend and have, 3 others have purchased it!

Very realistic survival situations in this game. Some things are annoying but it is overall a good game. But honestly not worth more than $20.

For fans of both zombies and sandbox style survival crafting games, 7 Days to Die does a great job of blending the two styles of game play in a logical manner that is fun for the players. Once every week or so, a zombie horde will attack the player's constructed/salvaged base area, forcing the player to survive the night. Once the horde is passed, the player can again begin the process of scouting for supplies and fortifying their base with more traps, walls, better weapons, etc.

Please be aware that this does not have a public server so you will have to invite people to join. Max limit is only 4 person in a server. I also play on PC and it has a public server as well as max 50+ players. I recommend the PC version.

I bought this for my 10 year old nephew. He liked minecraft and I saw that this game was in that genre. Fast forward a few weeks later he says its really fun and he enjoyed it but complains that it has a lot of lag spikes. Take it with a grain of salt, after all its an opinion of a kid.

It's not Minecraft, it's better. Think of a 3D version of Minecraft or any Sandbox type game mixed with a Zombie Apocalypse and you get this game and more. Every 7 days of in-game time, hordes of Zombies will find you and try their best o kill you. Will you survive? I have, sort of =)

7 Days To Die is a survival, horror, crafting game. What starts out as such a basic-seeming game, turns in to an incredibly detailed, enthralling experience. Sure the graphics aren't great, and the frame rates refresh slowly, but after playing it for just a little bit, all that fades into the background. At this point I have 4 different files that I'm playing (local and multiplayer) to try different strategies, and I still feel like I haven't even scratched the surface. After playing it for a couple hours I felt the need to spread the word, and since then I have 7 different friends, who are all very different types of gamers, that have picked up this game. They are all as equally impressed with this game as I am. In fact, one of them actually took today off from work to work on building a base. I have never played anything like 7 Days. If there was a possibility to give this game 6 stars, that still wouldn't be enough!

Sure, there are several issues with this game. (Graphics aren't next-gen, framerate issues, etc.) Despite all of those it is still loads of fun. If you enjoy zombies and/or mine craft then this game is a must buy. Crafting and survival are at the roots of this game. There are endless possibilities and hours of gameplay to be had.

Bought this game for my son. Best buy priced matched from Amazon. Graphics are not that great, but you need to remember this game comes originally from a PC format from a good amount of years ago. So much to do and see. The crafting is great. To me it seems like an adult version, zombie infested minecraft. Well worth the money.

This game is as close to minecraft as it gets for me. Going out and searching the world for stuff is fun, but don't get caught outside after dark. I didn't realize the zombies run that fast! Some of the controls are a bit difficult to navigate on PS4 and I've heard the PC version is a little easier to nav.

Overall good game, pretty fun, really difficult, lags a little when you play split-screen but it has been updated to have less lag.

This is mine craft on steroids, plus zombies. Cool to be able to craft everything and each new game is a new spawn, but there are no clear instructions or guides, besides what you google. Be ready for a challenge!

If you're into defense and zombie games this is the one for you. Graphics can be better however that is my only concern. Fun game to play lots to do.

When I first bought this game I thought it was going to be more "Dead Island meets Walking Dead" but its just basically Realistic Minecraft. Some of the mechanics are REALLY broken. Namely overheating. And I wish it gave you more of a story line, or at least the option to follow a story line. Again, something more akin to Dead Island.

The summary says it all, from picking up supplies to the crafting and sub-crafting menus. Pretty fun game and one we will keep around for sure.
