We learn village music straight from the source, from folk masters. We are fascinated by timbral-emotional phenomenon, beyond description, words, notes. We see parallels between the flow of a folk party and the pulse of a club night, between meaty fiddles and glitch electronica. InchThe band succeeds in conveying this sense to the listener. The electronics helps stippling traditional rhythms, the variantivity of folk music is transmitted through scratching or light glitching - Niewte seamlessly merges the old with the new.Inch (Katarzyna Ryzel, InchRuch MuzycznyInch) This allows for creating personal, up-to-date music, yet still drawn from archaic Polish idiom. Utilitarian and refined, dancing and deep, local and global, from grandpas to kids.

The eighth volume in the Seasons of Grace series features a delightful mix of chant and traditional hymnody along with several popular contemporary liturgical songs. The beautiful melodies of Michael Joncas are featured in two pieces (his well-loved InchAs Morning BreaksInch as well as one of his newest creations, InchDeep and Lasting PeaceInch). The dynamic pieces Inch'Tis the Gift to Be Simple,Inch InchNoel Nouvelet,Inch and InchBring a Torch, Jeanette, Isabella,Inch dance along with sparkling eighth and sixteenth notes. Newer liturgical titles include pieces by Jeanne Cotter, Chris de Silva, Rory Cooney, Zack Stachowski, and Paul's InchLife Is Changed, Not Ended.Inch The collection is rounded out by two more of Paul's popular interludes, both of which are created for flexible use with optional repeats laid out on two easy-to-read pages. Most pieces are at the intermediate level, with only a few moments of more advanced technique that may require extra preparation. Complete your collection with Volume 8 today!
