Both gentlemen were very friendly and knowledgeable. They verified all connections and did a superb job. They were to more efficiently hook up my iPhone audio to the Samsung Frame tv as well so I can also listen to my favorite Radio stations through the Radio Tuner App.

The geek guys installed my 75 inch TV on the wall and did an outstanding job! They ran a plug behind the wall to hide the wires. Then they connected my new stereo. These guys were awesome.

Typically, DIY home theater projects are in my wheelhouse and overall fun to accomplish. Having said that, springing for the Geek squad with Dan and his colleague ( awesome guy, name starts with a C and I am horrible with names) was well worth the time and investment. They had the expertise, knowledge and experience to not only take the time to sit my family down on the couch in our “theater room “ and optimize the measurements and mounting placement, height and position with the dimensions of the room and our furniture heights but also took the time to educate and design a working network of receiver, amplifier, 7.2.2 surround sound system WITH tactile transducers ready to be installed in our sectional sofa and pointers on placement. Having this resource, ready to come to my home and troubleshoot any home theater questions, issues and present solutions while resolving the issues that could be resolved on site, before leaving is invaluable. The Geek Squad also recommended other tech specialists within their team that are gurus within their niches to be consulted for further free assessments with recommendations and the same complete service as our family received during this encounter. Highly recommended!!

The Tech came out to assess if I had actually blown my concealment speakers and subwoofer. Needless to say I thoroughly blew them and I had to replace them all, but the good news is my AV Receiver protected itself. The Tech arrived during holiday season and installment employees were off. But the tech continued contact attempts with updates to me which was very professional. The installment occurred, and I'm now a happy camper with my music returned with even better sound quality.

They made an hastle of organizing and figuring out which speaker wire is which speaker easy and saved me time and from losing my mind. They did an amazing job!

My home entertainment center is not only old, but very complicated, far beyond my ability to diagnose or fix. The Geek squad expert did analyze it easily, recommended the component replacement needed {plus two little thingies}. He helped me order the right stuff. When the deliveries were done, the Geek quickly showed up and did all the connections and adjustments. My compliments to the team, and especially how they communicate exactly on my level!

Loved the hook up guy he was very nice. My son even gave him a flower it was too cute. Even hooked me up with a cord I was missing.!

The two gentlemen who came to my house to install my product were excellent. They were so knowledgeable and installed the product flawlessly! They had patience to teach me how to use it. They also gave me a recommendation on the next product that I need to purchase. I will definitely sign up to have them install it! Well worth the money!

The Geek Squad unpacked and set up our new stereo receiver for us, and made sure the Zone 2 outside speakers worked as advertised. It was the reason we selected this receiver in the first place. Technology seems to have gotten out of hand for these two seniors - ha.
