This is a customer service review. Not product I purchased the projector to work on my cookie drawing. Best buy sent the used one to me when i paid it in fullprice. Also one of the stand feet was missing. Im not buying open box product bestbuy need to check their product before sending out to customer.

This mini projector was very easy to use and gave a good, clear picture. The focus adjustment on the top made it easy to clarify the images. If purchasing this projector, consider these 2 things: 1-it is a mini projector. As such, it isn't very bright and must be shown in a dark space, preferably on a highly reflective surface. TO get an image large enough to see the projector must be moved away from the screen or surface. Unfortunately, that further dims the image. 2-the projector is very small and weighs very little. It can be tricky to set up and keep level and straight. I taped mine to a book then used various methods to level it. Other than these 2 concerns, the projector performed well for us.

Over the years I have used other, bigger systems for projecting images onto cakes and cookies. These systems work, however quite often they are too big and clumsy making the whole experience not enjoyable. This tiny projector works well and is a joy to use! After you figure out your needed cables and connections it takes no time to get out and set up. I have cabling set up for my smart phone, tablet and laptop so that I can use any of them as needed. One thing that potential buyers have to know is that to charge it up and to use it, you have to provide two USB connections and use the power cord that comes with it. I have mine plugged into 2 USB outlets on a power strip that provides plenty of power via USB. Light duty USB power connectors that provide only small currents may not work right, which is where you are seeing some of the negative reviews from. Others folks are expecting this projector to replace others that cost many times what this one costs. You don't expect a pocket knife to fully replace a chefs knife and you shouldn't expect a pocket projector to fully replace a full size projector. All in all this is an economical solution that works for my needs.

Seemed like a really nice Mini Projector. Power up really fast and had really good Video using a SD card. I could not get it to work with my S9 Phone. Tried every cord/cable Geek squad recommended but it did not connect. So I returned unit for a refund minus the restocking fee that BB didn't tell me about when I bought it. Projector seemed sturdy, had a nice little tripod to set it up on. Easy to use interface.
