Gaming monitor but excellent for research

I work with a lot of data and have many windows open. I have this and another brand that cost me an arm and leg. This monitor has a better display and I always tell my colleagues to get it.

I am really happy with my purchase, I sit 3ft away from my monitor and I feel like I am watching a movie screen. The monitor was a BIG upgrade for me as I was using a 32" onn tv.
