The delivery of the item was significantly delayed. I left for an international trip multiple days before the items were delivered. From the moment I was notified that the estimated delivery date of the device was after my departure, I had been in almost constant communication with both Best Buy and Acer, asking them to not deliver and to just take the package back, because the product would just be left outside my home, exposed to wind and rain. Very unhelpful support team from both parties.
