This was a refurbished purchase ordered from Acer via BestBuy, but since by Acer, it should be near new condition. It's clean and unblemished. However, the picture is sub-par for the price. The edge lighting is not consistent and difficult to get a good picture due to hot spots on right side. Picture controls don't help much. Since this is not a primary screen, I will keep it. Acer usually has good products but this one not so good. Don't waste your money.

Not the nicest display quality, but it gets the job done with no fuss

It’s your average monitor. Don’t recommend for any casual gaming or office work but it’s great for a side monitor.

This product was refurbished and missing some items. I had to order additional items to use it in which I did, but I felt that it was too much. I might as well buy a new one. I did not get a change to view the monitor because I need an additional card.

Excellent Condition as advertised. It will serve my needs.
