Ordered this monitor and it came damaged, quite clearly because of the lack of packaging inside the box. Returned the damaged monitor at a Best Buy store with no problems. Ordered again and it came undamaged but in the same box with almost no protection. Seems like its a flip of a coin on whether it comes undmaged or not. Acer needs to send whoever approved of the packaging of their referbished monitors on a FedEx truck so they can see how packages are actually handled... since common sense isnt enough. Monitor is great price to performance otherwise.

The monitor I received had a persistent thumbtack-sized magenta spot close to the center of the screen. That would've been fine if the monitor was listed as in "Good" condition, but I expected the screen to be clean because it was listed as "Excellent". Additionally, when I returned the monitor, Acer did not give me a refund for more than a week after receiving it, and I had to contact Best Buy for it.
