Damaged from how they packaged it. They would not return them because it was past 14 days. I have the total membership plan with Best Buy but they said these don’t qualify because they are so through Best Buy from Acer. Basically changing their policy without saying anything not good customer service. and of course they say read the fine print.

The monitor was defective, it didn't power on. I even took it to geek squad for help, it still didn't work and because I passed the return window, they won't replace it or reimbursed me.

The item was shoved a big box with two wades of paper. There were multiple scratches all over the screen. We returned the item.
