GeForce RTX 4050 GPU Not Working

This laptop's internal graphics works well enough. If you want a laptop for gaming then don't buy this. It was delivered on 9/18 and is no longer returnable. Hasn't even been 30 days. I bought it mainly for work so didn't notice that the RTX 4050 wasn't being used until I installed a game to play while I'm waiting for projects to finish printing. I've downloaded and installed the most up to date gpu drivers. Will try updating BIOS. If that fixes it I will change my review.

We are sorry you are unhappy with your Acer Swift laptop graphics. You should be able to enter the BIOS settings>Advanced>Display Mode and make your selection there. If this does not resolve the issue please feel free to contact Acer support at 866-695-2237. They are available 24/7 for in-warranty assistance. You can also post your question on the Acer Community where there are many users available to help with Acer products.
