After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains a redemption code. You can then schedule your appointment by calling 1-800-GEEK SQUAD (1-800-433-5778). Please print your Geek Squad confirmation e-mail and be ready when the Agent arrives at your chosen location.

• Before we begin: When we arrive at the site, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
• Mounting surfaces: We'll mount your supplied bracket and flat-panel TV to a surface other than standard drywall. This includes the inside of a cabinet and decorative surfaces like marble, stone, brick and others.
• Mounting applications: We can mount a motorized bracket or a recessed bracket to any standard surface. We can also mount or install a soffit projector screen.
• Final steps: We’ll demonstrate the functionality of your new TV, clean up our workspace, and let you know how to contact us for future support.
