I do a lot on my own but only wanted to do this project once so I called in the pros that do this everyday

Did not Center TV on fireplace. I want this corrected.

We wanted to hang our new 75 in TV on our real 3 in thick stack stone. We were not comfortable with drilling through the stone or mounting to anything else but the studs to avoid any pressure pushing fwd. Our rep was able to mount 3 of 4 bolts to the studs going between the stone. He even demonstrate its security and his confidence by hanging his body wt on the mount. Professional job all the way!

This benefit from Best Buy is outstanding to use when purchasing any electronic equipment that one has no knowledge as to how to install or how to use. They arrived on time, were very careful with our furniture, walls etc. covered anything that would be affected by dust from drilling, and explained the process thoroughly to us. Excellent customer service.

The geek squad installed my Samsung series 8500 over my fireplace which is covered by stone. They spent several hours preparing the mounting process and when all said they exceeded my expectations. All I can say the $'s for the service seemed extreme at time but after watching I changed my mind. A job well down!

If you are debating whether to spend money on installation, DO NOT HESITATE to have the GEEK SQUAD to do the job. Chris Clermont and his partner are awesome "Double Agents". So blessed to have met their acquaintance and to have their personal touch to make the installation problem free.

Geek Squad Agent Derek and his helper did an excellent job mounting a 75" TV in stone over our fireplace. The stone was quite a challenge for them, but they did it! Very pleased with the way they did it and the way it looks. Wish I could give 7 stars.

We had the Geek Squad custom mount our 75" inch TV. I am very happy with their work and I am also very glad that I didn't try to do this myself. They new what they were doing and did a great job in completing the installation.

I had it installed and it works great. Holds the tv, gives a great tilt, and was adjustable to make sure the tv looks perfect. This was installed on a stone fireplace and was installed perfectly.

I did install the last wall mount and TV by myself and nearly killed my self trying to do it. It was better for me to have two younger men lift and mount the TV and set it up so I could just enjoy the TV.

I was shocked at how courteous and professional Jeremy and his team were. I’ve had an experience with Geek Squad that was sub-par. This was a top notch service experience.

Geek squad installed a Sunbrite TV on my patio. They were quick, professional, and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and did a very high quality installation.

Never again will we try to save a few bucks and install ourselves. The professionalism was top notch and very patient teaching us how to use everything.

The geek squad came in and worked hard and quick mounting my new tv to brick above my fire place. Hide the wire with ties tucked behind the brick. Looks awrsome

I had Will mount it on my fireplace over the mantle on uneven stone. I didn’t know if it could be done but Will did a great job! It looks great!

Geek Squad came and installed TV over the fireplace on a brick wall and did a great job and answered all our questions on our new products.

Agent did a very good job making sure mount would place the TV at a comfortable viewing height and cleaned up after the install was done

Had about five or six different guys from geek squad install different TVs for me and they are all very friendly and knowledgeable

As an add on they set up a TV on a table top, not a job I would have paid for but as they were doing 3 wall mounts of big TVs the price was right.
