Computer and printer working well! Great service.

The Geek Squad has struck again, explaining, assisting and modifying our new computer purchased at Best Buy. My "Better 99%" is now comfortable and at ease using the new purchase. Thank you and when needed, we will use your services again.

Carter Cain made his way through the mess I created. I knew what I did and he said okay let's get this fixed!!! I actually hugged him!!!

Agent assisted me with changing usernames on some accounts but some issues remain unsolved. I am awaiting for my internet provider to complete the change over from the old email domain to the new email address.

Our technician did an excellent job transferring my contacts from my old, local email provider to the new gmail account that he set up for me. I was concerned that he might not be able to do this and I'd have to type in all my contacts by hand!

On time, set up my Apple Air tablets, fixed AOL issues on my HP desktop transferred it to my APPLE, transferred EXCEL spreadsheet from HP to APPLE numbers. Answered all of my questions.

The tech person helped to get email working, but set me up for an alternative if the original method starts to act up. She took the time to make sure certains contact lists were moved and made sure that I understood the new method.

I had lots of questions about my Mac and moving around on the screen and using Google. My service provider was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

The Geek Squad agent was very quick and efficient when setting up my email account. He was also very good at explaining why or if he had to make any changes or if anything would appear different.
