I had a challenging home network set-up. We recently moved and I needed to connect my wife's work computer, phone, and printer wirelessly to our Xfinity network since she was granted the luxury of keeping her job and working remotely from our new home. I thought it would be easy until I tried to make it all work and quickly discovered that I was in way over my head. That's when I called the Geek Squad. Agents Leo and Jackson saved the day and were able to connect all of my wife's equipment wirelessly in a few short hours. That was over 3 weeks ago and it has been working seamlessly ever since. Their service was more than worth the money for the time and anxiety it saved us both.

I had my entire Apple system wiped clean (phone/pad/computer) and security cameras installed. When I bought the service and cameras, I told both the lady on the Geek Squad and the Sales Person in the Security Camera section exactly what I was doing, why, and what I wanted. Not only did they not schedule enough time for the Geek Squad to complete the services, but they sold be the wrong equipment. After 3 trips, now with a supervisor, and ending up taking down what I originally bought and getting a new system, I am fully pleased. Geek Squad you rock!

The tech was very nice and explained what he was doing to me very clearly. Only thing is that I wish I had a printed owner's manual. I get things in my mind more clearly with pictures and printed words. But he did a wonderful job. Only I was not listening very well about the power button. Used to clear large button that was orange while off and blue while on (like my monitor has). So I had to call him later that afternoon to ask the stupid question of how to turn my computer on. Very patient and understanding young man.

I had to send my computer in for warranty repairs. When I got it back there was nothing on the memory drive. Your tech came in as was able to get everything back up and running the way it was when I first rec'd it from Dell. Plus I said I wish it had a mouse on it and bang he out one on it and this made it easier to move the pointer. He did a great job and he also showed how to actually use the unit, GREAT JOB and a WELL DONE.

The agent, Tara from the Parker, Co store transfered my itunes music onto an MP3 player. Tara is a fantastic agent!! She takes time to explain everything she is doing and teaches me in a positive way how to operate my player. She makes sure I am completely satisfied and able to carry out each task. I can't say enough about this young lady. She truly is excellent at her job, but genuinely cares about the customer!!!

Omar was the technician who helped me to understand why my computer would not retrieve a file that I had initiated the previous day. He explained that I needed to install Microsoft Windows - either on a trial basis for three months, or to lease the program or purchase it. I chose to purchase Microsoft Windows, and Omar installed it for me. He was polite, professional, friendly, and patient. His knowledge of the software was impressive!

August 26, 2019 Kirrey said the surround sound needed to be upgraded. He would select upgrade needed at Best Buy and have a staff member at Best Buy call us with the upgrade needed, staff @ Best Buy will set up this purchase of upgrade needed and set up appointment with Geek Squad to install upgrade. We have not heard from Best Buy on the upgrade.

The Geek Squad tech did a fantastic job getting my old computer unlocked so he could transfer all my data to my new one. My old one had locked up so password would not work and even when sent a tremp one--nothing. Within a few seconds playing the keyboard like a symphony pianist it was unlocked.

External drive he did not. Kept telling me all I needed to do is plug it in. Maybe so, but I paid for this service to set up everything and also no files were transfered. So MAKE SURE that this service is included before you leave store so you have the facts before the Geek comes and does ALL that is expected of him.

The setup of my Lenovo laptop was done carefully and thoroughly by members of the Geek squad. They loaded Office as well as antivirus protection and explained everything to me when I picked it up. I felt that my computer was in good hands with the technicians Of the Geek squad.

I use Geek Squad for everything from mounting my TV's, showing me how to use the one remote for all aspects of the TV (DVR, my pictures, Netflix, Prime etc) to servicing and cleaning my laptop. Couldn't do it without them. I highly recommend Geek Squad.

Jason was so great. He set up my printer and tested it. Then he set up my wifi capability and had me print from my I phone. He was so friendly and helpful. Was very satisfied and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Was able to set up service on my first day off after purchase. So convenient.

The agents were on time and efficient. They quickly untangled various cables. Set up the HDMI Switch for the TV. Explained how to operate the device. Would gladly have them in our home again!

Technician was knowledgeable and took his time to ensure everything was properly set up. Would have given 5 stars but thought a little expensive for the work he had to do in my particular instances. A more complex setup would have been well worth the price though.

The agent disconnected my old computer removing all the wires as my new computer is wireless, which is great. Vanessa was highly competent and efficient in installing my new computer knowing exactly where everything should be connected.

Geek Squad technician was prompt, and even called before the appointment to give me the heads up. Very professional and respectful, which I really appreciated. Left me his cell phone number and I called him later to setup a follow up appointment.

I was able to set up my chrome book on my own. All he did was try to set up my Brother printer but was not able to connect to chrome book. I bought a HP printer which was compatible. He then set up the new printer.
