I cannot say enough good about the 2 installers!!! They arrived a bit late because they had to make a way out-of-the-way trip to service someone who had had delays but it did not affect me too much. They were very professional and knew exactly what to do. They spent time conversing with me about some questions I had and even so in 1 hour left everything looking perfect. There were possible issues since mine is a work in progress since it’s a substantial kitchen renovation with changing counter tops, modifying cabinets and moving from a drop in electric cook top with oven to a slide in gas range. The gas line location was’t right for this range so without comment or complaint he just fixed it. I doubt that modifying gas lines are under the normal contract but he said just to expedite things and if I have the parts, I’ll fix it. At the same time a dishwasher was installed and they were flexible also on a minor issue with that. Unhurried they took care of all of my concerns even though it was 4 pm they were under the gun with 3 more deliveries 45 minutes away in Gulf Shores. I have probably purchased 25 appliances from Best Buy over the last 16 years and obviously like Best Buy but I did not get this Installation and Protection Plan until now. I’ve already had four appliances installed this year and another yet to come. This is the best money I’ve spent this year with the $200 for this installation and protection plan. Though I can do this work myself and have done it, but now why? There are also a number of other benefits not mentioned here with the plan.

Service not completed they said they can’t not move the old item to fix the new one I’m very disappointed. So I’m waiting until next week if they can’t come back to install it then they better get it back

Product pretty good, so far. I like the third rack, how the product cleans and the smart functions. I am still working on getting used to loading the bottom rack, it’s a bit limited in the ability to handle differently sized dishes. Installation FINALLY satisfactory after 4 trips, a plumber and electrician call and a crooked installation. Smart set up took two tries, but I knew tech support was available if needed.

After loading the App on my Smartphone, the Wifi set up was inconsistent and the data input would change such as the location of the refrigeration or which Wi-Fi network to use. The set up took longer than necessary as the data had to be re-entered multiple times.

This whole thing was a Fiasco. BB uses alot of independent contractors to deliver items and they are only so so. It took 4 attempts and they couldn't get it connected. Good thing I purchased the Geek squad since I had them come out - they got it working in a short time-frame.

It was everything we were looking for. The color was bright and crisp. Relatively easy to use with no adjustments needed once installed. 65” screen was perfect size for our family room.

App is a bit difficult to find as there are other apps out there of the same name. Once I found the right one, and the way to actually connect it to my appliance, it works fine. I don't use it much. Really only needed it to set the time on the range/oven! But you can't do that without the app!!! The app is free.

This is the second time we had to make adjustments to what they installed. You think they would level out a washer. Just on too much of a hurry to get done.

Added to my receipt for purchase of dryer . Service to connect my smart appliance to Wi-Fy. A free service to total-tech members . But when I asked installer about this service he seemed unaware of service and directly stated “ he didn’t know anything about GE appliances. And I should download the app.” Was that not the service charged on my receipt? This service was not performed for me nor was it removed from my receipt when other over charges were.

The guys that came out to do this (2nd team) had a little trouble with it. Turned out to be a permission on my phone, so didn't need the extra Geek Squad visit.

Not even close. Did nothing more than plug in the refrigerator. When I asked if they can help me connect it to my iPhone, they told me to just download the IG app and follow the "easy" instruction. NOT EVEN CLOSE. The installers left and I installed, removed and re-installed the app numerous times and could never get the refrigerator to connect to the phone. After calling the store, speaking to a manager, then going into the store and speaking to a manager, they promised that the installers would be calling me directly and schedule to come back to my home to get the wifi portion of the fridge working. You know what? They NEVER CALLED, NEVER SCHEDULED. Absolute crickets. THANKS FOR NOTHING.

The range came on mid November 2022, it was never hooked up to wi fi. The people who are sent are the delivery people. The 2x we tried to get the smart appliance hook up we paid for, the people sent were sub contractors with u haul trucks who had no clue what to do except plug the range in. I finally gave up. And all the pulling the range out to plug and unplug it scratched my new floor. Do not buy this add on. The people were all nice and tried, the help desk tried but all they could do was reschedule the same delivery people. The salesman was apologetic. But bottom line is I am still not hooked up to wifi.

The Wi-Fi for the Samsung Refrigerator works. This option is slow to install and I did not want to hold the tech up at our home because of the current COVID situation. I told the tech I would finish the install after he got it started. If you are tech savvy you may want to do this yourself and save the money.
