After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains a redemption code. You can then schedule your appointment by calling 1-800-GEEK SQUAD (1-800-433-5778). Please print your Geek Squad confirmation e-mail and be ready when the Agent arrives at your chosen location.

• Before we begin: When we arrive at the site, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
• Complex jobs: If we've already started a service for you that needed more time, we'll be able to finish the work.
• Miscellaneous tasks: If we determine there are extra services you need that aren't included with other Geek Squad products, we'll perform them.
• Final steps: We’ll provide a demonstration of your new technology, clean up our workspace, and let you know how to contact us for future support.
