The technician arrived as scheduled, he was professional, courteous, and very polite. When he entered my home he was wearing little booties on his shoes to protect my carpeting. That blew me away. He explained what he was going to do and told me to sit back and relax. Before he left he checked everything to make sure my television and DVD was working correctly. Thank you geek squad!

I bought the $199 Tech package and it has been a wonderful first-year value. They removed an old and delivered a new 18 cu-ft refrigerator. They removed a large projector tv console and then assembled my new console stand, installed a wall mount, and set up a Sony 77" OLED tv, a Sony A/V receiver, a Sony BD/BVD player, and my Uverse STB and did all the necessary wiring, software upgrades, and testing. They were knowledgeable, competent, and neat. They were also amenable to my insistence that cables and wiring be tied with wire ties so the installation was neat and tidy.

Set up TV with mount and sonos arc sound bar 5.1. Very professional and nicely done. Well work it. They cleaned up. Discussed what they would do and asked for input. Explained how to use it afetr they were finished. Great sound from excellent speaker arrangement and chose color and placment to belnd with my decor and it looks and sounds fabulous

The Epson ALR screen paired with my LS800 projector is just an incredible setup and I highly recommend you get the Epson screen to go with the LS800.

The Bestbuy team mounted my “98” tv in my theater room and my “85” tv in my family room. They did an awesome job and connected my devices.

Love how efficient these geek squad members can set up the tv mount. I love it and I no longer worry about someone knocking the tv over. If you think your tv is not safe waiting for the day it crashes to the floor try the wall mount and discover what peace of mind feels like. Charles Dickinson

Fixed an issue with the ring doorbell. Very quick. Went over a things to make sure everything was working correctly.

Connected my vcr perfectly and checked out everything to make sure it all worked. Also installed a mesh which is great. Internet works great everywhere in and out of house
