Great Install! We love our washer dryer! It’s beautiful and functional! So happy!

The salesperson upsold us on paying to have the door reversal completed professionally due to how "complicated" the process is. The salesperson also claimed that the installers were trained professionals and their experience would prevent us from having leaky seals due to chsnging the door hinge. I had to remind them at time of service about the paid obligation to reverse the door. They were not happy about the request, then proceeded to watch a youtube video on how to do it since they had never done a door reversal before. The reversal went without issue but aftet they left, I discovered that the owners manual has explicit instructions on how to D.I.Y. the reversal and the only tool required is a #2 Phillips Screwdriver!!!! Also, of note, no where in this process do you do anything with the door seals!

The waser/dryer is worked as expected. However the gap between the door and the unit tend to catch smaller items like sock and it looks like it could actually disappear into the bottom of the unit as there was only a piece of the sock left to be pulled out.

Happy to finally get this done! W/D hookups are right to left. Purchased the GE because it has the washer door reversal. Took 4 times to finally get a technician who knew how to do it!!

Easy install but the employees were not able to figure out how get the washer and dryer on my house. They did not communicate with me and called the dispatcher instead

The door reversal was fine but the he washing machine leaked down the front and received another washer and it leaked as well.

the capacity, the ease of using the machine, the different types of loads it can handle. The overall washing machine is GREAT!!

Work done well and completed quickly. However, the doors should have been switched at the time of initial delivery as they were ordered in the correct configuration.

Door reversal is a must have for me There should be no charge for this it took the delivery guy 5 minutes to do that’s the reason for 4 stars

Third time was a charm. These guys knew how to reverse door, install both pedestals, level both machines.

The product is excellent, but the service execution was non-existent. First, it was supposed to be the door reversal on my dryer, not washing machine. I was told the Geek Squad would come to do the job. Instead a 3rd party vendor showed up (late) and said they didn't know how to do it, that I needed the Geek Squad. They said someone would contact me to reschedule, but I never heard from anyone.

The two technicians that came were very professional and assisted with other minor details of our new appliances

Wish this was done at installation and there was no need to make the second trip.

Allows the doors to open opposite from each-other making loading dryer right from washer much easier

The two service technicians that came to work of the door reversal were amazing... they found a better solution and corrected a couple of other issues that no one else has seemed to be able to fix. As a matter of fact I had been told it wasn’t possible to correct them! I’m so grateful for the great repair these two men made because it corrected an issue I had with my washer dryer set up for 10 years! I can’t recommend them highly enough!!
