Unaware of service and no information on it

I have no info on this whatsoever. I called the store, the totaltech folks, chat support online and no one knows about this. If I have had a “free trail” I am totally unaware of it and Life Lock has never contacted me to start it. I’ll be carefully checking my credit card next month to see if I have a charge for the full year from Life Lock. It might have been a good service if I had the trial period information and experience.

Hi Garry - This is a free trial you are entitled to because of your Best Buy customer relationship. If you don’t want/need, no reason to concern yourself with it any further.
