not terrible but disappointed
I bought 2 units for my small manufactured home. I had them for about 2 weeks. One of them works ok. The vent pops off from the vibrations and it creates a lots of condensation on the top. But it does cool down the living room/kitchen space. The other one I bought wont stay running. The fan wont run on high and keeps going to low. It frequently shuts off even though it hasn't reached the set temperature. They both can be a bit noisy. I did contact customer support to hopefully help with replacement but I'm still waiting for a response. These air conditioners work ok but I am disappointed I'm having an issue already with one of them.

Great A/C
I would definitely recommend this unit. Its small and sleek but packs a punch. This unit cools my entire downstairs of my house which is approximately 900 sq. ft. with no problems. Only bad thing is the window kit didn’t have enough panels to fit my size window which is quite large.
