This thing no longer works after one single month. It has to be drained every ten minutes and the electrical bits Fritz out often. Remote doesn’t work half the time and the buttons on the unit don’t work half the time. I’m scared it will catch fire in my home. Do NOT BUY.

This unit does not cool very well. I have it in a small bedroom and it stays at 75 degrees. Doesn't matter what temp you set it to. Wish i never bought it.

The packaging seems pretty thin for something this large and bulky, but the product works great! If I had any gripes about this product, it would be that the manual didn't include any info about how to use the foam padding strips that came with it. I haven't had a problem with it yet; mine changes temp like it's supposed to otherwise I'd be returning it. The lack of instruction on the foam padding is my only gripe with the setup; everything is straight forward and enables you to understand and work the product correctly. 5 stars for a product that works and it's easy to use!
