Does this not have a hand-rail at the front to change the settings etc? Is the Foot massager an actual roller-based shiatsu massager or just a vibrations massager?

However, you can easily adjust all your settings using either the included remote control or the display panel directly on the machine. Massage Feature: The running board features specially designed round protrusions that simulate the feeling of walking on pebbles to naturally massage the soles of your feet.
