This attractive LeatherSoft office chair is loaded with options to maximize your comfort and productivity when you're working long hours. Its high-back, integrated headrest and built-in lumbar support help prevent back strain. You can increase lumbar support using the pressurized lumbar support knob. The padded swivel seat is filled with 3" of foam and features a waterfall edge. Height adjustable padded armrests take pressure off your shoulders and neck. Easily adjust the seat's back angle, seat height and tilt angle with three paddle mechanisms conveniently located under the seat. The infinite-locking back angle adjustment helps reduce disc pressure by changing the angle of your torso. Turn the tilt tension adjustment knob to increase or decrease the amount of force needed to rock or recline and lock the seat in place with the multi-tilt lock mechanism. LeatherSoft is leather and polyurethane for added softness and durability. This ergonomic chair is a stylish addition to any workspace.

    Desk chair

    Assembly took a bit of a struggle. Could have used an extra hand. There were a few flaws, so three stars are the best I can do.

    its ok

    its sturdy, its pretty. I love that its spacious but I dont like that it doesnt straighten up the back. and I didnt think to check before I purchased.

    "Two times is a charm"

    The first one delivered was missing parts. Which wasn't a big surprise because the box was destroyed during shipping. The second one, the box was in good shape. There were no missing parts. The chair went together well and is very comfortable. Too bad it took you twice to make it happen.

    Solid chair, comfortable and supportive.

    This chair comes as advertised. Its supportive and comfortable. The "leather" is synthetic, soo don't expect cow hide grade/quality. It is durable, and easy to keep clean. Assembly was quick (I got it done in 20 minutes).

    Chair wants to fold down

    I believe something is wrong with this chair. It constantly wants to go into the folded position. I see there are two small points that should hold the chair in the upright position but they wont catch I use the levers on the side of the chair but have had no success. I like everything else about the chair but this folding action is very frustrating.
