Alcest - Le Secret - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

One year after conjuring up the American frontier with The Way The West Was Won - a collection of mythic cowboy songs and vintage Texas twang, boosted by a four-star review in MOJO and heavy radio airplay for it's lead single, InchRead 'Em And WeepInch - Dallas Burrow shifts his attention back to the present with Modern Day Vagabond.

Alcest - Ecailles De Lune [COMPACT DISCS] date 05/04/2010

2012 , the third album from the French Black Metal band. Les Voyages de L'âme (The Journeys of the Soul) contains the quintessence of the group's creative work to date. While Le Secret, the debut EP from 2005, was the key to the world of Alcest, Les Voyages... unites everything that characterizes Alcest in terms of concept and music. Something that is common to all of the songs is the predominant feeling of euphoria and bliss, always subtly overshadowed by melancholia and yearning. Les Voyages de L'âme is a prime example of a wonderful piece of music, breaking all genre boundaries and enthusing fans of many different musical backgrounds.
