Amazing monitor I love it and the specs and good size too

So far the monitor been really good for me. The graphics is not the best with console which is fine with me cause I prefer frames over graphics. Im going to try and build a PC soon to see the full potential of the monitor and the graphics should be better. Overall love it

Good monitor but it arrived with damage to screen. Not going through return process, requiring refund please contact me. Don’t buy this product unless you want damaged goods delivered. Sad as it’s a nice monitor other than the damage. Again, please contact me for partial to complete refund. This is unacceptable. I ordered this monitor from Best Buy on the 10th with an arrival date of the 13th. I was really excited to try this monitor out. The 13th comes around and i didn’t receive the monitor. I call to ask customer service and was told i would receive it by the 15th. Didn’t get it then either. I call back and the represtatitive told me i would get it by the 16 or 17th. Didn’t recieve it. I call back and get introduced to the WORST customer service rep and after constantly asking to speak to a supervisor he kept repeating that supervisor is “ just going to you the same thing i’m telling you “ and was laughing about it when i was being so polite after being told my monitor wasn’t arriving till the 29th. I was just asking why do i have to wait till the 29th when if you order it right now it says i can get it in 2 days and he informed me that best buy is only estimating and the “ GET BY DATE” is only an estimation and not accurate, so BEST BUY IS LYING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH THE “GET BY” date. The represtative continued to be condescending and laughing at me in the background and being completely disrespectful. I shop at Best Buy all the time but usually i buy in store and it’s the only way i recommend buying things. IF you order this monitor don’t expect to get it for a MONTH.

This is an incredible gaming monitor that screams competitive play for this games that require high FPS to edge out competitors. The AW2724HF is a 27 inch 360hz IPS FHD gaming monitor with an staggering 0.5 millisecound response time. This is a 1080p monitor, with crisp vivid picture quality. I see no visual issues from extreme angles or lose of image quality move around the monitor. The monior also comes with a DP 1.4 cable, USB 3.2 GEN1 upstream cable, and USB-C to DP 1.4 cable. There are also 4 USB-A 3.2 ports on the device, as well as 1 USB-B (which I love! Thank you Alienware for including these ON the monitor). The monitor itself is VESA compatible for easy mounting. It also comes with AMD freesync premium for highend, tear, stutter and lag free gaming. Build quality is excellent and the setup process is hands down one of the easiest, if not the easiest, I have come across. I quite literally went from opening the box to plugging in within 45 seconds. Settings wise, you have a little nob button at the bottom of the monitor (right below the Alienware logo) that allows you to adjust settings to your liking. Great 1080p Monitor for gaming I will be straight forward, this monitor will not be the greatest if you want to consume other entertainment such as movies, shows etc.. because of the resolution of course. One is able to tweak the settings to make it better but wont get sharpness of a higher res panel. Anyways moving forward this monitor has: -Really good refresh rate for FPS games -Looks great for a 1080p screen -A lot of customization options on the settings -Little to no tearing -Sleek design (No RGB) -2.1 DP port and several USB ports for charging peripherals -Can be tilted vertically with the stand included I personally can feel the smoothness and responsiveness when playing game such as the finals, Apex and Fortnite. The screen was also good enough for me to watch some shows unlike other 1080p monitors that I've had in the past. Another thing i will have to mention is that if you want to get the most out of the monitor (meaning you want the highest refresh rate possible), you will need a graphics card capable of pumping out those frames. Personally i have a 3080 and was able to get around 180-200 frames on these games, im sure tweaking some settings could get me more but i also did not want to sacrifice the looks that much. If you play a lot of FPS games i would definitely recommend this monitor if you don't mind gaming at 1080p

INTRODUCTION I will start off by saying that this is only the second gaming monitor I've ever used. My review is based solely off comparison to another manufacturer and this is based solely off playing Call Of Duty Warzone. SET-UP PROCESS: By far, the easiest set up ever. The instructions provided make it super simple to put together the monitor and the box it comes in is developed to make install a breeze. SCREEN RESOLUTION: I am coming from another monitor that has 1440p resolution. The AW2724HF has 1080p where it tops out at and to be honest, I can't tell the difference between the 1440 and the 1080. That might be the only spec I will notice as a difference, as from there, the Alienware AW2724HF completely destroys my other monitor, both are 27inch monitors, both are gaming monitors. SCREEM COLOR , QUALITY AND CLARITY: The colors are vivid, sharp, and crisp. There is no smearing, no area of the monitor with backlit issues, no ghosting. Great in pitch black, great with lights. Everything pops and there are settings to meet all your needs, depending on what you are viewing. Gaming, photography, work, you can tune the settings to fit your viewing needs. The IPS tech is great, as you can tilt the screen, angle it, and not lose any visual clarity, color or quality while doing so. SCREEN RESPONSE AND REFRESH RATE: Phenomenal refresh rate. Phenomenal response time. The frames do not miss a beat during Warzone. I have my graphics set to Ultra settings and my refresh rate set to 255hz. The screen refresh rate goes up to 360hz however I was only able to get that to work via display port for a short period of time. My laptop has been having issues with some ports lately, so I am limited to the HDMI port which still gets me 255hz. In the short sample size I was able to test out 360hz refresh rate, it felt incredibly smooth, however, I believe the 255hz I am utilizing gets the job done just the same. I do not notice any drops in frame rates while playing. You can truly notice the 0.5ms response time as you do not notice any blur effects in fast movements while gaming. The AMD freesync premium tech, along with the VESA adaptive sync ensures a stutter/lag free gaming experience that you will appreciate. BUILD QUALITY, PORTS, ADJUSTMENTS: The build of the AW2724HF is sold. From the buttons, to the ports, to how easy it is to lift the monitor and bring it back down, swiveling it left, right, up, down - it has an adjustment setting meant to meet anyone's viewing needs. All your ports are here and you are provided all the cables as well, which I think is amazing for Dell/Alienware to do. Who wants to go out and buy cables when you are already paying a premium for hardware? This is a fantastic gesture by Dell and all companies should do this. What I also love is the added stand for your gaming headset. This a neat little added feature and gives your headset a permanent home when not in use, and can be tucked away when not needed. I also really like the ability to tuck your wires away in the stand of the monitor. SOFTWARE EASTER EGG: Not that this is a must, but it was something I didn't know existed until hooking up my monitor. The Dell Display Manager software is a nice little addition to your PC experience. Way more options from a productivity standpoint to move around things to other portions of the screen. This is a great little program, especially if you are a dual monitor user. Since I use this monitor for work as well, in conjunction with my other monitor, productivity wise I can have so much dedicated to different areas of the screens. CONCLUSION: This is an incredible monitor, with extensive customization, top notch viewing experience, superb build quality, unreal refresh rate and response time to benefit you for all your fast paced gaming needs. If you want smooth gameplay to compliment the hardware of your gaming rig, look no further.

This Alienware monitor with the Dark Side of the Moon color wave is nice, it's not as flashy as some of their other monitors with the RGB, but it has the refresh rate to make up for it! The AW2724HF is an LED gaming monitor with 1920x1080 resolution, 360Hz Refresh Rate and 0.5 Millisecond response time in an IPS Panel. In the box you get the Monitor, Stand, Base, Power, Display port 1.4 cable, a USB-C to Display port 1.4 cable, USB 3.2 upstream cable, manuals, stickers and regulatory information. The stand is very simple to attach, you're guided to attack it before removing the monitor from the box, which is simple to do with the layered box. I appreciate the addition of a channel built in to the stand to help guide and clean up the cables. There are a ton of ports on this monitor also, Two Display ports, One HDMI and 4 USB if you use the included upstream cable. The retractable headphone stand on the side of the monitor is a nice touch. The monitor is great! The colors seem to pop and my gaming experience was smooth, the refresh rate helps keep everything very smooth while the response time helps with I was grinding in some Iron Banner on Destiny 2 over the weekend. The monitor was set up on a computer that I got for my boys to play and they have been on it as much as they're allowed. They have been jumping between a ton of games; Minecraft, Resident Evil 2, Turnip Boy Robs a Bank, Minecraft Dungeons, Destiny 2, Cuphead, Bugsnax and Goat Simulator 3 to name a few. It's a bit of joy from getting to play on a PC, but also having such a high refresh monitor they're thoroughly enjoying the experience. Now they're asking for photoshop which I may just get elements to see how interested they stay in that, but it will give me the chance to see the other side of the monitor outside of gaming. I had a really great experience with this monitor, the boys are loving every bit of it! I will eventually split them up with their own computers, when I do it's safe to say I will be getting another one of these Alienware monitors to give. The 27 inch screen is perfect for their setup, and the specs are amazing that I am happy with it! Plus, I won't have to worry about them fighting over who has the better monitor if they're the same.

I have owned several Alienware products and they have always been excellent products. This 27” Alienware monitor is no exception. The AW2724 is a great gaming monitor. Alienware went above and beyond when it came to packaging the product and included what you need to get started. The boxing of the monitor was excellent. Everything was safely packed and laid out easily. Alienware gives you everything you need to get up and running. All cables are in the box and assembly was easy. Literally 5 minutes after opening the box, this thing was attached to the base and plugged in. Can’t be any easier. The build quality of this monitor is top notch. You can clearly see and feel the components are excellent. What makes this monitor stand out from most is the height adjustable stand. It is so user friendly to be able to adjust the height of the monitor these days and really a must for gamers. I was able to use this monitor for a week now with hours and hours of gaming and test many different games on it. Each game looked clear and concise on the screen. Colors were vibrant and true to color. Color accuracy really stood out. I saw zero lag and response time was the fastest I have ever seen. Being 1080P, this monitor will display most games beautifully. The headphones stand that slides out is a nice little touch. Controls are easy to use and menus were pretty easy to navigate. Overall this is one of the best 1080P gaming monitors you can use. It does everything you need it to and beyond. Highly recommended.

It's great monitor If you prefer performance you should definitely choose this monitor under 400$. Quality is not that amazing you know how 1080p looks like but refresh rate is really good perfect for competitive games like CS, Valorant, PUBG etc i play CS on this monitor and i shoots like hacker because 360hz is Profesional gaming monitor! I searched so many 360hz gaming monitors but only alienware was good and wallet friendly

This is a great monitor, the perfect size for a small desk when you still want a big screen. Huge screen upgrade from a laptop. I got it for the high hz and it’s giving me 350+ fps in Overwatch 2.
