Great for a casual gamer and first time PC owner. Small compact case is an added bonus. But dont be fooled by the RGB this computer runs most games but at a low graphics. Would recommend if you are looking a prebuild you want to customize on your own.

Bought it when it on SALE and thought it was a good deal. But turn out to a bad experience. Frist of all the shipment got delay, online order was placed on Mar. 3rd, and the item finally shipped on Mar. 23rd and then arrived by Mar. 26th. Then I plug in and check the item. This PC comes with the AMD Ryzen 3 instead of AMD Ryzen 5 from the product description. Really really disappointed, going to return the item.

So ive seen alot of bad reviews after I ordered this product and was really concerned of what I'd be getting. It actually turned out GREAT, the preformance is phenomenal and better than what I was expecting for it to be as it was meant to be a starter to build up. it did take two weeks to deliever however what I recieved made it a great deal.

Highly would not recommend and for best buy to still outsource them with such negative reviews is really beyond me. You spend $700 on a pc you expect to have some notice or update on the item!!! My package says shipped and it is not!!! Tried contacting them directly and they are sending you directly to a voice mail that is full and not receiving any voice mails. This is the worst experience with buying a product from best buy!!! Thought my nephews gift would be to him before his birthday and that is not the case! Highly not recommend if you actually are expecting a package or decent customer service!

Great first time gaming pc. Truly a plug in and play set. Will need to also purchase a nice monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers so keep that in mind for your budget. Call in support after purchase is a challenge as well.

Decent entry level PC. Luckily got it on sale and then a couple months later upgraded the GPU and CPU and VRAM. So if you want a PC to run 150+ FPS spend the extra money and get one that has at least a 4060ti GPU and 5000 series CPU. If its just for light gaming this is a good starter PC

Pretty good entry level computer. Can run most games just don't expect too much. You can upgrade it over time.

I purchased this gor my son for Christmas. Had to take it back because there was a big scratch on it. It had a red flashing light inside thats wouldnt stop & the flashing light on top wouldnt stop. Took it back & got a new one. The new one wont go off from the power button on the top & it wont connect to the monitor.

Sometimes things just happen. Old computer video card no longer supported for last 4 years. It kept crashing. I was looking for a few months and the A.G. Stinger was on sale. It was better than the one's I was looking into. Checked the revues and ordered it. Easy to set up. Yes I watched the videos first. With the improved graphics every function works better. Enough memory to have multiple windows open and run other programs too. Honestly it has improved my life in the gaming world and my own disposition. No longer frustrated with crashes and game penalties (lol). I had a budget to keep and this was spot on. I did need a video cable adaptor to my monitor. Now it can work at full capacity. There is still a lot for me to discover with it.

I'm still beaming with delight every time I think about my recent purchase - the sleek and efficient system that has revolutionized my daily routine. From the moment I unwrapped the packaging, I knew I had made an exceptional investment. The price was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the high-quality performance it delivers. I've been blown away by its speed, reliability, and user-friendly interface. Whether I'm tackling complex tasks or simply browsing through my favorite websites, this system has proven to be a powerhouse that effortlessly handles every demand. The value for money is unparalleled, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to upgrade. It's a testament to the manufacturer's commitment to excellence and their dedication to providing customers with an unbeatable user experience.

The PC wasn’t bad but I realized I didn’t need it. Great item tho

This is the BEST computer purchase we've made in many years. The ventilation that the case permits ensures there is no worry about overheating of sensitive internal components, and the build ensures that gamers in the house can play at a fun, competitive level with all the modern mmorpgs we play.

It was shipped with the incorrect CPU. The listing advertised a Ryzen 5, but it arrived with a Ryzen 3. I had to return this PC immediately. Considering the price, it's awful. The graphics card is very low-end, costing around $50. In Fortnite, you'll only achieve 50-60 fps, so you might as well buy a console that is cheaper for better performance.

THIS PC IS TRASH SAVE UR MONEY you only get like 60 FPS in fivem and like Fortnite 70ish fps you only get 90 on VALORANT do not get this pc
