Cpu dead on arrival. No thermal paste on the.cpu They replaced it but it didnt help because the fan on the cpu blows the wrong way (real smart for allied) and then they didnt even repond to my emails…GOD DANG

First day of using it and CPU was at 80c on idle, im not and expert on this but im pretty sure thats not a normal temperature for idle, while doing my research on this cpu I found out that while idleling 60c/67c is completly normal and 95c is when you should be worry, I played valorant on it and it went all the way to 91c with everything low, Im gonna take it back to the store, I really hope they can help me, if not, this would be the second brand new desktop that I return because of the same problem :/Everything else was working fine, just the cpu is my main concern…

Seems like a good pc. Lights are cool looking and my son loves playing games on it. Graphics are great.

So far so good. We've been pleased with all its functionality. The bluetooth could have a little more range, 10 feet is too much for it. We setup a wired controller for gaming and its no problem, but should i have had to get a wired controller?

Liked the white case so I contacted them beforehand about the cpu cooler issue. Can confirm they have upgraded to a Cooler Master A71C that can run up to Ryzen 7 easily. PC has been running smooth for a few weeks now

Trash product, horrible dont buy computers suck customer service sucks. Go Buy HP way better products for way less.
