Great digital picture frame. Remote allows you to rotate pictures. Also you can upload pictures directly to frame without the use of a memory card or laptop.

I’d read a few other reviews about The Aluratek Digital Photo Frame (mostly the low rating reviews) prior to having purchased it, so I went into it a bit skeptical off the bat, but decided to give it a chance anyway. I am an artist who creates a lot of digital artwork but I often like to have references in front of me while I work. So I purchased the frame with intentions to be able to load many references into it which would then be able to play as a slideshow while I work. What I had seen from the other reviews was that the picture quality was terrible and pixelated on the images that had been loaded into the frame, but what I discovered through my own testing was that the original pictures loaded onto the frame just needed to be formatted properly and with a high enough resolution that they wouldn’t distort when loaded onto the frame. So I did experience what everyone was talking about initially, in terms of low resolution pictures and pixel distortion, but reformatting the pictures fixed the issue and they look fine now. The slide show plays in a loop and can even play music and video files. So after some tinkering I got what I wanted, and then some. Hope this helps.

I bought this to show pictures of my mom at her memorial services It was fairly easy to upload pictures that I had scanned to my PC also has a port for usb which I loaded with music & pictures. The only problem was some of the pictures would not show just a bright green screen?? I will like it better when I figure out why that happens?!

Easy to set up and has a great picture. Like the fact that you can increase the photo content by inserting a flash drive or SD card. Only down fall is would like to have date and time show in corner of photo display and not separate large calendar

We bought this digital picture frame for my 94 year-old Mom. The setup was amazingly easy. We decided to use a jump drive as the photo source rather than the internal memory. We also have not yet used the music or video options, so we cannot speak about those. We would have liked a "dissolve" photo transition, but the "cut" is OK. We really like the large screen which is the main reason we chose this model.

This is a great picture frames for the price. Very easy to setup. Great image quality. Works great. No problems loading the pictures. The pictures come out quite crisp and clear. The built in 4 Gig RAM holds lots of photos. The resolution is very good. It is bright from edge to edge. And the frame itself is attractive. It feels solid, and the stand positions the frame for a good viewing angle. A great item and I'd highly recommend.

All I did was place the gazillion photos and oldies music onto my own USB flash drive and the party started. The photos displayed and what a show, the screen is super large and clear! Everyone was standing around the table to view the photos. (You may also program the photos and music inside the device). Very user friendly, I’m very happy with my purchase and I give it an A++++++++++

I work with a financial planner, and we like to welcome clients and prospects to our office. I have spent the last 11 1/2 years printing a power point welcome sign and placing it in a frame. I got tired of printing and then continuously buying new frames when they wore out. I was making another purchase at Best Buy and happened to speak to the associate that worked with these. He had just got them in - not even on the shelf yet - so he pulled it out. It is such a nice clean look welcoming all, and clients as well as other associates and upper management have given positive feedback. Thank You!!

I have been wanting something like this for a while but was worried that it would look cheap or be annoying with the picture changing all the time. But this product is great. I have mine on a small table in the living room and when sitting on the couch I can see the pictures just fine. Have to be aware that the pictures will not come in clear at every viewing angle. But nice product and easy to use.

Got it as a Christmas present for my wife, she loved it. Only issue is the viewing angle. You need to be looking at it from a downward angle, if you are viewing it from eye level or below, for instance if it was on a taller shelf or an entertainment center and you are looking up toward it the screen washes out and you can't see the pictures.

A good and quality product, however it's a typical LCD because of which the side angle view is always blacked out.

There are many options in which to view the pictures and the clarity is great as well!

Good picture frame. Depending on the angle that you are viewing from, picture can look like a negative image. I do like the fact that it can also plays videos.

Great photo frame. Has good enough definition to show pictures well. Easily programmed (it is all menu driven on the screen.....how can you go wrong?). It has worked non-stop since we bought it to show pictures of a very much loved pet we recently lost..

Hello 2 All, I purchased this frame 4 my wife (just because). She loves it. It has alot of settings which is Awesome. The display is Beautiful. Works in a matter of minutes. When you buy SD card buy bigger style. The smaller mini SD card had some issues with pictures. After the bigger SD card was placed, no issues 4 pictures. I had some issues with music formats on my end. I fixed these issues with by purchasing an mp3 player. Thanks 4 Your Time, ANTHONYTHEONE

The unit doesn’t always respond well to the remote and the interface isn’t the most user friendly. We also noticed a few pixels were out when we first turned the screen on. The ratios are a bit weird for digital photos. Most photos aren’t made to the correct ratios for this product, so you have to set them accordingly through photoshop or something, or be okay with stretched photos, or photos that do not fit the entire frame. Overall, we were happy with our purchase; it worked as expected and is one of the best on the market, but there could be improvements.
